I have been very impressed with tend online as well as in practice. The new AI way of taking notes gives so much more time for doctor and patient to interact rather than typing notes during your appointment. I felt listened to and all my concerns and questions were dealt with in a professional manner. I also dealt with 2 nurses during my visit for welcome appointment and a yearly check and I appreciate their concern and ensuring I was well informed. They were all polite and courteous. So glad I moved from previous practice. Also the online appointments are so handy when you have kids and you don't want to go out. If I can do online I will for every appointment however some appointments obviously require face to face. Thank you Tend

Love using Tend. So easy to find and lookup info on different Doctors and what they’ve studied. You can just message your Doctor if you have a question about an appointment. And you can have phone consultations from anywhere. So easy and such an amazing team

After finishing my time at University - I was on the search for the next GP to look after my needs and access my health. I came across Tend Health in early 2023 and I was blown away with how easy the enrolment process was. Fast forwarding to 2024, the app is very useful and using the Online Now service has benefited me as I work full time. Really enjoy the Doctor I see and everyone in the team is so lovely. I really recommend this GP to anyone looking for fast, easy and reliable service.

Join tend if you would like to wait 3 weeks for an appointment only to be cancelled on on the day be told you wont be able to get an appointment with that gp for another 4 weeks. Join tend if you would like to be rescheduled and then told the day before your reschedule your gp cant see you in person though is going to see all the other patients booked in before you, guess you dont matter is the memo here.nnApparently tend allows you to book appointments that dont even exist.nnAs a person with high health needs it is so important to me that I am seen by the same doctors, in person. Apparently thats not something tend provides. What they do provide are appointments that aren't guaranteed.nnAs a high needs patient if you need to see the same GP or just need to see a gp that wont cancel or reschedule on you regularly dont bother with tend.nnI have never ever felt more let down by a service than this one, even my gp that gaslit me had more reliability than tend.
