Dr Ball is very knowledgeable about my current needs and upcoming procedure. The information he gave to me at my appointment was to the point and informative.nnHave had my shoulder replacement surgery and had my first check up. Things are going to plan, healing well and a very happy happy. Had a chance to call into the Westwing of Allevia Hospital and gave these Angels a Christmas surprise. One for the day staff and one for the night staff, I hope they enjoyed the treats. Thank you so much for my care over the time I was in there. Totally amazing Doctors and all staff.

I just want to say how wonderful all the team were for my surgery last week. Huge thank you to Dr Segar for his surgical skills, Dr Fisher for the best anaesthetic ever, and Gia for being so kind as I drifted off. The recovery room nurses whose names I didn’t get as I was so happily in la la land-thank you!nMy room was very pleasant and clean, the meals were better than expected and delivered quickly by friendly staff. My west wing nurses: Ellen, Jude, Rowena, Maria and Parwinder were so caring, with a special thank you to EllennIt is clear how much you all care for your patients, and that you work hard to provide such a great support for one another. Thank you also to Kath my physio for putting me through my paces.

Lots of disabled parking at the front but limited parking for others except going around to the back carpark. Has a chemist and also somewhere to buy food and drinks, which is a little pricey. Took my mum there for a cataract appointment. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My son had 3 ENT surgeries at Allevia Ascot and we had to stay overnight. The whole experience from having our appointments booked to meeting with doctors and nurses and staying in the ward post surgery being taken care of by the night nurses was nothing short of exceptional. We were kept well informed throughout, never had to wait long for nurses to attend and the room my son stayed in was very clean and well equipped with its own bathroom, mini fridge and tea and coffee. The facilities in the whole hospital are clean, modern and efficient. The room service food is cafe quality. The nurses are all very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Allevia Ascot for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

The absolute best hospital. Stayed two nights after surgery and the nurses on the East wing on level 4 were absolutely amazing. Pain relief always on time, my heat pack never got cold and my ice packs never got warm. My water was constantly filled and I was never uncomfortable due to their incredible care. Thank you to the amazing nurses on this ward for the best care I could not have asked for a better experience
