It’s like a hotel. Had my own room and TV with Sky Sport. Fantastic staff. Genuinely very caring.nFrom the pre-opp to post-opp, they were lovely and professional.nRoom service was great! Only one small thing that they could improve: Ordering food from the app only allows you to pick four things from the menu. However, if you contact them via phone, there’s no limit.

I received an $85 fine after parking in a Stellar Parking-controlled hospital carpark, when I was visiting Allevia Hospital to support my partner during surgery the hospital had requested me to come.nnThere were no clear signs that you must pay before entering. The payment machine failed when I tried to pay after leaving the hospital. Later I received a threatening letter saying my car could be towed anywhere in NZ unless I paid the fine.nnThis is a predatory and unfair system that traps first-time users and vulnerable hospital visitors.nnAfter searching online, I found many other people reporting similar unfair fines from Stellar Parking across Auckland. Avoid any carpark controlled by Stellar Parking — they clearly profit by trapping unsuspecting people with large fines.

I was so impressed with the level of communication and care right from the start. Staff took the time to explain all the steps so I was never left wondering what was happening. The staff were so kind and caring. I definitely felt like the most important person in the room. Plus the views from my room were lovely to look out at!
