I had a wonderful experience at Life Line Medical Center in Otahuhu when I brought my baby in for a visit. The staff were friendly, efficient, and very professional. A special thank you to Nurse Amber—her warmth, care, and professionalism truly stood out. She was incredibly gentle and reassuring with my baby, which made the whole experience so much easier for us. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend this clinic to other families!

Dr. Nazar is an exceptionally understanding and dedicated physician. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of his patients. I feel fortunate to be under his care and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.

I urgently needed the doctor to call me, and for two days we phoned the clinic several times.nWe explained to the receptionist that I was in a very bad situation and needed urgent care, yet the doctor never called back. Out of desperation, my husband and I went to the clinic to ask why my messages weren't being passed on. Instead of helping, the receptionists were rude, dismissive, and even asked us to leave when we complained. Later, the manager sent us a warning letter without knowing the full situation, and threatened to remove us from the clinic if it happened again. This was extremely unfair, especially since the staff had ignored my urgent needs in the first place. No one apologized or took responsibility, and it became clear that they didn't care about their patients. Because of their rude and disrespectful behavior, we left the clinic and are now much happier in a better, more caring place.

I don't often post reviews and I like to give each place a chance but each experience with this practice just seems to get worse. Their staff and doctors are lovely and prices are good, but be prepared to wait hours for a booked appointment. Every single appointment i have made over the past two years has had a wait time of over an hour to be seen, along with awful communication via email and phone.

From the time I first came in with my dad who was enrolled with your clinic to now having moved over myself and bringing my entire family to Lifeline Medical, Sheetal has always been incredible.nShe has a warm, welcoming attitude and is incredibly efficient. She handles patient check-ins smoothly, answers all my questions with patience, and makes what could easily be a stressful experience feel calm and organized.nToday especially, I want to give a big shout-out to her she managed to slot my daughter in on short notice when she was very sick. That level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated.nIt’s not often you find someone who blends professionalism with genuine kindness so effortlessly. Sheetal clearly cares about every patient who walks through the door and keeps the front office running like clockwork. She is absolutely a huge asset to the clinic.nTo the management: Sheetal truly deserves a treat or special recognition for her consistent, outstanding performance.
