I had a wonderful experience at Life Line Medical Center in Otahuhu when I brought my baby in for a visit. The staff were friendly, efficient, and very professional. A special thank you to Nurse Amber—her warmth, care, and professionalism truly stood out. She was incredibly gentle and reassuring with my baby, which made the whole experience so much easier for us. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend this clinic to other families!

I don't often post reviews and I like to give each place a chance but each experience with this practice just seems to get worse. Their staff and doctors are lovely and prices are good, but be prepared to wait hours for a booked appointment. Every single appointment i have made over the past two years has had a wait time of over an hour to be seen, along with awful communication via email and phone.

I’m really grateful to Dr. Nazar for his quick action and kind care. He was the only doctor who truly listened to me and made sure my health was looked after. He always checks in to see how I’m doing and makes me feel safe and cared for. He also looks after my parents, which shows how much we trust him. It means a lot to have a doctor like him!

Very expert in reading the images of Radiography and explains very clearly with a concise statement. Very friendly and judicious person.He always helped me with my daughter. I am so glad I registered with this practice! The clinic is spacious and tidy, and the receptionists are very friendly and attentive. I had the pleasure of seeing Amber, one of the nurses, who is absolutely amazing. She was thorough and made me feel heard, displaying a high level of professionalism.nnI also met Dr. Sobia during my visits, and she was lovely. She listened carefully to all my health concerns and addressed each one effectively. I walked out feeling completely satisfied with my care.nnI have ongoing health issues, and at my previous health center, I felt that not much was being done for me, despite paying over $60 for each visit.
