I enrolled with this clinic because it is much closer to my home, and after having a baby, convenience became very important. I’m so glad I made the switch.nnThe team is always friendly and helpful. They answer phone calls and emails promptly, appointments are easy to get, and there is usually good availability. One of the best things is that enrolled patients can walk in without a booking during the early morning and late afternoon sessions, which is incredibly helpful when you have a young child.nnMy baby has received all of his vaccinations at this clinic, and we have always had a positive experience. The care and support we have received have been excellent.nnThank you to the whole team for looking after our family so well!

We had a great experience here when our son had his circumcision. The staff were friendly, calm, and made us feel comfortable right away. They explained everything clearly and took the time to answer our questions, which we really appreciated.nnThe procedure was quick and professional, and our son was treated very gently throughout. The aftercare instructions were straightforward and easy to follow.nnOverall, we felt well taken care of and supported the whole time. We’d definitely recommend this medical center to other parents.

We walked in to inquire about a procedure and the receptionist Krupa assisted us promptly. She approached a doctor and discussed our concern and the procedure is scheduled on the day itself in the afternoon. She was so proactive and possesses the attitude that a receptionist should have - she is very helpful, and has a welcoming and smiling face.nOur son’s circumcision was done in the afternoon. Dr Satya was very professional and expert on it. He was talking through the procedure and us parents, felt comfortable inside the room too. It was done within 30 minutes or less. The nurse assisting us was very hands on. She explained the aftercare and gave us some gauze to bring home.nAfter 12 days, My son’s surgery site appears dry and no untoward events so far.nThis center is highly recommended

Highly recommended doctor. We are a family of 4 and we are with Dr Satya from the last 8 years. We moved to takanini 3 years back but we still come all the way from Takanini to west Auckland to see Dr Satya. He is very knowledgeable and well experienced doctor. He always there if we need any medical help and always accomodate us even he’s booked back to back. Very down to earth and listen you patiently and pay attention to each and every detail. Receptionist Krupa is very friendly and welcomed. I would have given more than 5 stars if I could. Very happy from the services.
