I came today for my youngest due to an ear infection. The two ladies at the front were amazing and very chill :. And Dr Micheal was outstanding. Thank you for your attentive attitude to our little members of Torbay/Long bay :

I’m very disappointed with the service I received at this clinic, particularly from the receptionist who was working yesterday. Her English was quite difficult to understand, and instead of showing patience or offering support, she was visibly impatient and unhelpful when I asked questions. As a patient, I was already trying to process my consultation, but I also had to struggle to understand her and deal with her poor attitude. It made an already stressful experience even more frustrating. I hope the clinic can look into improving the front desk service, as it leaves a strong impression on patients.

Just went to the doctors receptionist was lovely the person I saw my doctor was very nasty telling me I was overweight all I need to eat is vegetables etc all my health problems are my weight she took nothing seriously very disappointing no one told me about the new patient fee and had to pay $70 that I didn’t really have never going here again digusting people i have never had such bad service and I wish I could take this further
