The service was amazing, the young guy on the front counter was really helpful and the food was fresh and tasty.nFor a first time trying it, I was really happy with the experience.nThe only 2 points I wish were better is the floors were very sticky but it is school holidays with kids ripping around and it just felt quite pricey for fast food, but compared to say KFC or Maccas the food tasted far more fresh and unprocessed.nDefinitely will be back.
EVERYTIME. You guys forget to put the hot sauce in the bag. I was so happy the other day to see that you were charging 20cents a sauce so I ordered like 10 AND YOU STILL FORGOT. What the hell is the problem with the sauce? Even when I’m in store and I ask for sauce it’s like the employees have shares in it or something? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE realise that Taco Bell for me and a lot of others is a lot to do with the sauce. Please change your ways and ask your employees especially now that we have to pay for the sauce TO NOTICE THE SAUCE ORDERS. I’ll be emailing head office too because it’s just ridiculous.
I got served by a really nice person at the drive through, I didn’t see a badge, but he had a tattoo on his arm. It was 10:15pm Thursday, he was really nice at the speaker, and was super nice when he passed me my food. Nice to see kind workers in fast food. Props to this man
Love Taco Bell just noticed a few concerning things. Front person wearing the same gloves touching everything, including cleaning supplies, touching a customer phone screen and then handling the food.nAdditionally, we ordered a Crunch wrap that had about a tablespoon of spread out mince. Nacho cheeses sauce we bought extra got only a quarter container. Other than that staff were friendly and other food was find.
The restaurant was nice, relatively clean. Waiting time was quite long. Our order was not simple and came all wrong. Staff members were not friendly, amount of meat in tacos is microscopic. I don’t recommend. Sweets were good.
