Terrible customer service, make me wait 15 minutes for a coffee. I had to complain for them to finally make it and somehow arrived cold. Not even a sorry, Absolutely disappointing! When we went upstairs for the kids to play in the playground we found the area and the tables dirty. there is no way we're coming back.

I have probably lost around $50 in products I didn’t receive in the last month alone or wasted due to not being able to follow simple instructions, such as asking for 3x meat patties in a box by their own.nHow hard is that to understand when I tell yas it’s for the dog, you either don’t put them in or you add it in my burger completely ruining it.nnHow are your staff that incompetent at such a basic as job?, I know people with actual intellectual disabilities that could follow a simple order such as “medium double cheese burger combo, coke for drink and can I have 3x 10.1 meat patties on there own in a box separate, there for the dog”nnI’ve rang up and complained many times just to sometimes drive back waste more gas to pick up an item and by time I get home my food is cold as, or if I’ve just finished a 12 hour shift working physical labour and can’t be bothered to driving back once I get home, it’s frustrating

My son wanted to come here for his birthday. It was a little underwhelming, but the kids were happy to eat nuggets and play in the playground. It's wasn't bad, I remember birthdays at Macdonalds being a very special time, staff would make the kids feel special. Not so much anymore.

Tried to call and they gave the most ridiculous and pathetic service I could experience I ordered 2 ice creams and only received 1 so I called them to ask if they could drop the ice cream I received or give a refund they said without me getting a word in “this is the massage palor what do you want a dog and cat a pet. Go to bed” and hung up! Use need to get fired and employ new staff because that’s disgusting for customer service!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Order took fifteen minutes for a Big Mac and Chicken burger - and they were cold. Meat in the “Big Mac” were paper thin, burger bun size and therefore ingredients too and patties have shrunk in size too. Absolute disgrace and avoid at all cost.
