I ordered Uber eats on priority I recived and chips were half full and N.V. chicken lettuce thrown together and lettuce was old and off I called Eastgate to get a young man who was rude and hung up basically he couldn’t handle the call I rang back spoke to a lady who told me that I had to contact Uber no apology and that it was Ubers fault because lettuce must be like that due to the time the time took Uber 20mins and my concern wasn’t temperature of burger but more the fact the lettuce was old and off very dissatisfied with the customer service and food quality such a shame as I no the owner takes pride in these things as have dealt with him years ago with another situation moral be very mindful on who you have represent your business and staff her are in leadership roles I won’t EVER be going back

Just got a combo from the drive thru, and I annoyingly asked to change my order at the pay window, as i had discovered a coupon. The woman at the window was wonderful about it. It was peak dinner time, and they were super busy, and she was very gracious. Great service, thank you.

What is advertised vs what I got. Are the crispy onions portioned with a teaspoon?

Very busy on a Saturday with families coming in after kids sports games. Staff rushed off their feet but remained calm and professional.. even when a few machines weren't working.food good . Rubbish was overflowing though

Multiple items missing from a late night DoorDash order, to top it off had my refund denied. Use some common sense - if your soft serve machine isn't working or if you're sold out of items, at least swap them out, rather than completely excluding them. Clueless night shift.
