McDonald's Sydenham

Ordered mc spicy last night with an extra chicken thigh for another 5er, and never got any, and chips didn’t seem fresh. Just got handed my food. Not the friendliest place.

Absolutely appalled, we ordered some food and a happy meal for our little one as a treat. When it arrived, it was cold stale and there wasn't any toy!nHeartbreaking to try treat your kids and they get more upset because you don't even recieve what you bought!nNo voucher or refund even though we didn't get what we paid for!!!!nDO NOT RECOMMEND

The staff are normally nice and they have kiosks which is good. It’s normally not very busy inside so the food is served quickly.

Negative experience. Coffee for my order made first. Before delivering another order that another staff member asked her too. Before she started making my coffee. Then she placed my have here order in a takeaway bag and put the order touching another patrons order. A flurry. So that cold order gets heated and my hot order in a takeaway bag gets cold. Then when I try get her attention. She ignores me. Over and over. Then finally said “just a second” while calling out another order that is after mine. Finally. I get attitude when she correctly puts my have here order on a tray. Not a happy customer. Coffee is probably very cold now. 1/10.nnAlso, no serviettes in the bag. If it was a takeaway order don’t you think I’d need serviettes???
