McDonald's Christchurch Airport

We waited 25 minutes for 4 easy items, they said they had no hotcakes but they gave the people behind us them instantly, and they had a bigger order. The coffee machine was broken and the floor was soaking! Would not recommend, do not go there!

I just have to say. Very clean on a Sunday morning. The place was spotless. My compliments to the cleaning crew. Service was fast. Not too busy. Food is, well, it's McDonald's food. Otherwise, best McDonald's I've seen in a while.

Honestly the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We wanted to get some food before a flight. I waited 15 minutes for burger that was cold while staff stood around doing nothing. My sister waited over 25 minutes and her food still wasn't ready despite asking the staff multiple times. We ended up asking for a refund since we had to leave to make the flight. The manager was incredibly rude and uninterested in how long we had been waiting. I would never order here again

Great staff here! A pity the new car park system is rough around the edges. However we produced receipts to show we really did have a birthday party that lasted more than 90 mins, to avoid the $80 fine posted to me! And unnecessary hassle though.

I placed my order at 7:20am on the self serve kiosks with table delivery. 20mins later at 7:40am I had to go hit them up to actually be given my food. They didn’t seem to know about the order at all as it wasn’t on their screens and they were giving out newer orders. My coffee was just sitting at the cafe going cold while newer orders were being given out. And then my bacon egg muffin didn’t have any bacon in it. To say useless would be putting it too kindly. They are beyond useless.
