Terrible, used them 5 times. Everytime they've stuffed our order up. They then give us what we originally asked for but out of spite either dip it in extra oil or under cook it. The staff are lazy, rude and don't care about customer service.
Tonight I met the rudest server ever, I ordered a Biscoff McFlurry, when it was handed to me the container was 1/4 full, I waved out to the server through the window who turned his back on me. I st in the drive through till he ripped the glass window open and barked WHAT at me. he clearly know why I was there. I asked him to fill the container up as it was 1/4 full, he argued with me and refused to fill it, so I asked for my money back. He said I had to drive round the drive through again to get it and slammed the window shut. When I got back round he throw the money at me and again slammed the window shut without an apology or anything. So I went to the Colombo street store and got a McFlurry, much better service, pleasant and polite staff. Picture is from the Colombo Street Store.nI won't be returning to the Moorhouse Ave store and I hope the owners look at the video footage and have a word with this person.
It's not just a regular Macdonald's, nothing is ordinary. It's a place you can stop by any time while shopping along the street and have your lunch or dinner in no time with its fast and efficient service then continue what you're doing. Food quality is unexpectedly good. I used to think all the fast food tastes the same wherever you went until I've been to this place. I realized how i missed the real french fries and burger taste. With the use of technology which is the touch screen ordering machines makes life easier. There is a chance to pay by cash or credit card. Good choices and customer favourite choices part if you're Indecisive. The location of the place as I said before is very good because of the opportunities it gives. Unfortunately the worst thing about this place is leaving it. You want to stay more and enjoy the easy way of having food. You never want to go home and cook. Also I would like to mention the staff working there: they were very friendly, kind and caring. Although the air conditioning of the place is more than enough, I could feel the heat behind the kitchen which gives a difficult time for these people. But they never drop down their smile for a single second. All the good wishes for them and thank you for this beautiful experience.
Good,service poor,I got 1 veg burger less ,I ordered 2 burgers 1 veg and other chicken,I rec'd only chicken burger,so for takeaway please check and then leave the counter
Flight time almost came, but I am still hungry, so I am quickly searching Gogglenwhich one is good for us, which means quality, price, and yam. Finally,we are going it. But we were very disappointed.nBecause there were no kind, only awupool food and service.
