Domino's Pizza Prestons NZ

Home of the most WOEFULLY made ham and cheese pizza I have ever seen. Indifferent staff at best, openly hostile at worst. Have taken away pizza many times, as its closest to home, but will start looking elsewhere to actively avoid this shop.

Pizza was a little bit chewy I guess the dough is little different or over cook. Anyway this is new shop. I understand staff needs time to get trained. I am happy the Domino's pizza opened this area. : hopefully next time get improve to change to better review. Visited second time and staff was very kind and nice with lovely smile and pizza was much better. Thanks.

How can the same pizza supreme with cheesy crust look totally different between the two store. For one, the pizza from Shirley store was better presented and tasted better. The one from Preston’s store looks like it’s thrown together without and care or thought put into it.nThis is not the first time I’ve had issues which is why I ordered from the Shirley store just to see if it was better. And it was.nPreston Road Domino’s, you clearly need to be retrained on how to make a pizza presentable.

We ordered three pizzas. They arrived on time. Two of the pizzas were cold. I had a chicken and mushroom creamy pizza. There was no sauce on this and there was about three bits of mushroom. Very dry. I also got chips that were reheated dry and disgusting. I am so disappointed as I have had good pizzas in the past. Need a lot of improvement.

Prestons is my closest Dominoes, but will be going to New Brighton from now on. Each of the 3-4 times I have been here, the place looks dirty with bits of food and paper rubbish all over the counter top and floor makes me wonder how they are even allowed to operate. Usually the pizza takes a good 10-15 minutes more than the estimated time with very unfriendly service. Today the food was on time, but service was unfriendly no words or interaction at all and once we got home we discovered that the crusts were burnt and the toppings were unevenly spread and too far from the edges. Very different experience to any other Domino’s I’ve been ton- won’t be going back unless this branch has new management.
