Domino's Pizza Belfast

I just brought the smoke house meat lovers and got this.... Sorry but the hell is this excuse of a pizza not only that it took 50 minutes to get my order when I'm a 6min drive from the store if I knew my pizza looked like this I would be asking for my money back on the spot and I got the wrong drink absolutely appalling I'm going to start going to pizza hut cause atleast they get my order right and take less than 30min to deliver my pizza

i ordered a small meal and had to add a drink because it was under the minimum order price so i added a drink. not only did it take 50 minutes to make the pizza i called and said and they said it’s only being cooked now. when it arrived they forgot the drink i had to pay extra for. guy on the phone was blunt and hung up mid call. the guy that delivered was very apologetic and nice tho

i ordered stuffed pepperoni and the meltz which is $5 each on their menu but charged me $12, i think prices from the menu is a bait, and while waiting for my order i was watching the indian guy preparing the pizza with gloves on and when he is serving customer he's still wearing the same gloves and while doing other stuffs same gloves on,, so basically he's touching everything with the same gloves when touching all ingredients to make pizza not going to buy again its disgusting to watch

Ordered online, waited an hour, no delivery. Called up and they hadn't even started the order, had no apology, no compensation for the mess around, claiming they have no authority to do anything to help. Really blunt over the phone too, hung up mid call. Overall not impressed at how they handled the situation

Always a good experience when I go to dominos belfast always fast always fresh and always good service. 1 thing though maybe update the Fanta raspberry to Schweppes as it's not Fanta and can mislead people ordering online and could be taken as false advertisement just a heads up will not stop me from coming back though as belfast always provides the goods!
