If i could put no stars i would ! Do not order from this pizza place ! I got 2 pizzas and the amount of toppings on it was next to nothing ! You could still see the base on the thing no cheese... i dont know how it got passed the quality check!nvery dissapointed!
Ordered garlic scrolls but got this weird garlic knots with no flavour and just doughy. Really disappointed
We ordered online and said it would be delivered 9:50 to 10:00. The status said it was still preparing. 10:07 and our pizza was still preparing. We checked the second time and the status online says it was still preparing, it was already 10:30 at this point. The second time we called they said they sent their driver back because we said our address was wrong. If there was an attempt to deliver the first one they’d know our house was only just beside the address that was pinned online, and we were waiting by the door from 9:50-10:10. After we called the 2nd time only the status online was updated and now we have to wait 10:35-10:45. From 9:50-10:00, we have to wait for another hour and already hungry at this point. The worst delivery I’ve every encountered.nnIn response to the reply: we’ve already been waiting long before we even changed the address and we only changed the house number, it was just across the address that was pinned online. If it was delivered after 10:00 we’d know because we were constanly checking by the door but there’s no one there. We have ordered from them before and we always wait by the door because the website always pins the house across us and not our house, we just told them it was the wrong one because it’s late and we didn’t want to disturb our neighbour if they knock on them. The online site is how we can only see the update of our order and it was still preparing, it only changed after we called at 10:27. Saw some other reviews as well and it seems it wasn’t just us who had to wait long.
Have just lost a customer, pizza hut will be our go to from now on. Ordered the loaded pepperoni an the 3 meats, WHERES THE MEAT!!!!nAsked for them to remake and told they are acceptable. So one piece of sausage an one piece of pepperoni an you can get away with calling it 3 meats!! False advertising much No wonder your shop is always empty!!!
This is not a gripe with the store, it's a gripe with the company. The service are staff are fine, but I've been away from NZ for a few years, and came back for a visit. What I noticed is that your large value pizzas are now much smaller and the price is exactly double what it was only a few years ago. You can't blame inflation for this much of a price increase and a reduction in size, it's disproportionate. You are not the victims of inflation, you are the cause and the perpetuators. Not only that, shrinkflation distorts the CPI and further shortchanges the labour market with smaller wage increases.
