McDonald's Merivale

Where do I begin…..nI ordered a double cheeseburger combo through the drive thru and I was looking forward to eating it so much. I had my chips first and all was fine. They were hot and salty. Nice. Then I started on my double cheeseburger. Took a bite right into a pickle. Was chewing for a while then went to take another bite and noticed a HAIR just on the edge of the burger. I was like “oh probably happens all the time” so just pulled it out and carried on. Next bite I FOUND ANOTHER SUPER LONG WHITE HAIR, that intertwined all through it! So I was like no that’s it and didn’t eat the rest. We were already halfway home. Waste of money, waste of petrol and ruined my day.

Went threw drive threw to get family dinner and it was not a great meal that we had paid close to 50 dollars for which is unreal in itself and then for all burgers to be dryer than no tommorow thick shakes watered down and taste horrible and chips were cold and soggy really disappointing

I haven’t had an experience like this at Merivale Maccas before but this meal was absolutely appalling. The chips, cheeseburger and quarter pounder were all cold. The cheese was embedded in the bread so it’s clear it was old. 5 slices of poorly distributed pickles was a surprise and an abnormally large slice of onion was shocking. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Cold chips and dirty tables on a quiet day from my own in store observation. Second time I’ve experienced lack of attention to detail. For a $30 snack I’m not impressed.
