McDonald's Ferry Road

All of us had sore and upset stomachs after eating here. They say it can take up to 36 hours and were trying to shift the blame from their food. Won't return and oily food.nnWould you like fries with that?

I went here two days in a row,and in both times the costumer service was great.nThe first time the first girl who took my order was very kind. The second time another girl served me she had a soft voice and was super sweet, I was a bit difficult to serve but she put up with me and went above and beyond when she helped me by coming up with a solution for my food to stay protected when I travelled on lime scooter. She saw my trouble and helped.nnGreat people, real angels, supper happy.nThank you, McDonald's Woolston

If you want half your order head here! Without fail they will forget to pack it ! To busy chatting and having a laugh to actually follow a simple order! Maybe employ some staff that actually want to work?

Whoever was on till tonight at 10pm running drive through was 10/10 amazing hospitality. Give the man a raise

Today I went in just before 3pm. And I have had the best customer service from any McDonald's. From speaker, payment, food collection and coffee. Not only did the staff have amazing customer service skills but the lady on the speaker was able to have a laugh make my mini family feel important as a customer. Today we have our last day in level 3 and as we enter into level 2 tomorrow. I hope that the staff at this McDonald's not only be acknowledged for their hard work but get some well deserved company paid days off. Keep up the good work. This is still the best McDonald's in New Zealand.nnToday got a combo and the fries were amazing. They have either got fresh oil or different oil.
