McDonald's Ferry Road

Went to McDonalds Ferry Road and ordered 2 large combos.nThe chips were 1/2 filled and when I mentioned to the surly teenager serving she gave the not interested look and walked away.nHave had many other issues there in the past not getting what you ordered etc I have tried on these occasions to talk to management, however they never contact you and basically done care. So now reverting to bad review.nNot a McDonalds I would go to again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Went to maccas tonight being the 6/6/2026 at approximately 10:45 pm the manager was so rude her people skills are disgusting she was a semi dark woman if she worked for me she would be gone faster than you could say Jack Robinson. Hire a decent manager yous can do better than that

Had such a great experience today! I ordered from the drive-through and the guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend checking out McDonald’s Ferry Road

Very poor after ordering a exspreso coffee with hot water the barrister said she is not allowed to give hot water.nIs this the type of management that does not allow any thinking for staff.nHad ordered another coffee in every cafe an exspreso comes with hot water.nMight seem a small thing but will go somewhere else for coffee.

Me and my brother got screamed at by staff a white woman for barely going through the drive thru with our e scooters. We had barely made it around the speakers, before hanging around the parking lot. She then screamed at me, and my 12-year old brother, even further threatening to call the cops if we didn’t leave. She then KEPT screaming at us to leave because we were hanging around, since our family was still inside, unaware. Everything was great, until this lady came out. Really upsetting.
