McDonald's Riccarton

On a mission to try every McNuggets in every country we visit, just to compare how they fare against the ones we have in Singapore, and this one was right on par! 20 piece nuggets at $17.40 was pretty similarly priced as well, which makes it a fair value too. We got the 3 piece variant with small fries though, since we were too full and they had this mini version, but the fries was a little lacklustre as compared, felt like it was lacking something.nn⏰ service was fast at around 730pm, without much of a crowd in the restaurant itself.

Hi there, I went through Ricc Maccas drive through today at 12.50pmlunchtime and the person who serves me mustve either be having a horrible day, or was a horrible person!! I ordered nicely and politely for 2 cheesburgers and a iced chai oat milk latte, except when i got round to pay, i needed to change the chai latte to a medium rather than a large- even though i stated i wanted a medium when I ordered it. I asked the person at the window if I could change it and he says “it wouldve been GREAT to know that before” in an incredibly condescending and rude way, rather than just changing it for me politely like I had asked him to. The worker then went to change it however had to go grab what i could only think was his manager to change it. Once it was changed he says to me “is that FINALLY better now” with a rude look on his face that made me feel incredibly threatened and unsafe. I understand working at McDonalds can be a very high-pace and busy environment, but customer service skills should be at the very top of every workers priorities. Please consider this feedback, as at the moment I dont feel comfortable coming back to McDonalds for a while which is incredibly disappointing.

I decided that we had to try Maccas when in NZ to see how it compares to home. I was not disappointed. The store was big and well set out. Plenty of seating and the separate kids area has specific seating for parents to keep an eye on them.nnThe place was reasonably clean and the food was reasonable better than home. It was hot and tasty, which was a nice surprise usually cold and soggy at home.nnSo, for McDonalds, it wasn't bad.

only good thing is atmosphere and food or whatever… customer service so crappy and poor. I was in last week I had food from somewhere else and I was going in to order a drink and desert. I got kicked out for having food from another premises when yet there were people eating their food from home right across from me. Appalled . This lady got the manager on me even when I was leaving she also stared at me for a good 5 minutes like I was going to steal something. not happy at all.nnplus my drink was no where near full!!!

Order the catch of the day with an extra fillet and extra sauce and I never get what I asked. It’s either missing the patty or missing the sauce. Today was the sauce and it was cold, my chips are soggy. I’ve had enough. Please fix this because we ARE paying customers.
