Burger King Belfast

Rocked on in and hit by bad smell as soon as you enter, kinda like uncleaned toilets. 1st mistake not leaving then. Waited for ages only to be told we aren’t open, so why is the door open. Our back door won’t open so we have to use the front door for deliveries according to the Indian lady, she is a LIAR! Coming in I saw a blonde girl and a teenage boy unloading from a palate taking stock in thru the back door. I also asked why If what you are telling me is the truth which it’s not as I saw them using that door isn’t there a sign on the counter/door explaining this, there wasn’t she started to tell me there was until I said show it to me. Feeble attempt to apologise and that’s only coz she was caught out. Photo shows staff at supposedly unusable back door.

We come with friends with 3 kids and 3 adults, fries were cold and mushy, and there was no ice for dring wasn't sparkling.nMy friends asked to another 2 burgues and come cold as well so they didn't eat.nI couldn't finish my as well. As we can see in the picture.nChecking some reviews makes sense why food wasn't good.

I do feel that like all fast food chains things have definitely changed and not necessarily for the better. But hey if you want a quick feed on the run a BK Hawaiian chicken burger is always a good start. Shame it never looks like the picture lol

Lemonade/sprite should not be this colour. I'm wondering when they last cleaned the drink taps.

Bloody awful ! Ordered two trible whoppers, fries , chicken burgers no lettuce, no mayo . No sauce . Everything arrived dry and awful . 115 £ later. Have complained to Uber eats arrived cold and burger king Belfast no one has bothered replyingnI would like my money back as 115 isn't a cheap meal . Highly disappointed and will be taking this further. Unacceptable, also your generic comment on every post does not help.....you don't care.
