Once again totally predictable McDonald's offering, Oreo and Cadbury flake McFlurry unique..nHowever on this occasion very unusually my flat white would pass for a mediocre barrista produced one..certainly not the best, but recognisable..

Whoever is incharge of hiring people at this workplace needs to take a good long hard look at the operations of the site and discuss better with investors and CEO about how they're doing things. I Went in for two coffees today and they were incredibly understaffed. The employee serving people was a lovely overworked woman in her must've been 70s doing her absolute best not to break down emotionally, who looked like she needed to have a cup of tea in her garden while watching her grand kids play games or something else relaxing like theyre able to do 5 years prior to that age in retirement. Not be subject to running around a workplace keeping a business together while she's doing her absolute best with worn out body parts. She was incredibly kind, caring and apologetic for the delays. But if a business can't attract staff to work for them, maybe that says something about the business management strategies and behavior. Hats off to the woman though. I couldn't do what she was putting up with. Mcdonalds management and investors, ffs do better. Your image was originally a family friendly restaurant. Not running people into the ground emotionally.

Comedic disaster. Food was fine that's all the stars it's getting.nMade order and waited with maybe 5 other people a staff member who had just finished her shift was screaming loudly over the top of our heads to her workmates in the kitchen.nWatched manager drop a cup of something and just boot it out the way wasn't that busy. Chips,fat and rubbish on the ground and the only one who seemed to have any control was the young short girl.nEveryone else completely ignored an alarm going off the entire time we waited. Looked like everyone else was in slow motion with blank faces.

Same quality as always.nnWe are Gold Card holders. A visit to McDonald's is more than a treat, it is a budget blower.

Ordered a single bacon & egg muffin. I stood and watched mayhem for approximately 20 min before it arrived. The staff were working hard, but clearly overworked and some incompetent.
