Domino's Pizza New Brighton

Ordered value 3x value boxes, expecting to get a reasonable amount of chips in the box photos show a full side of chips. I checked them in the car and they had about 10-12 overcooked chips in each. They didn’t even cover the bottom of the small section for sides in the box. Took them back in to say that wasn’t what I expected based on the photos and was told that’s just how it comes. So asked for a refund since it’s not what the advertising shows and they said no. I stood my ground and eventually the staff member took my pizzas away and handed me a refund without saying anything.nReally awful service, and poor portions. They either need to change the amount of chips they give and make sure they aren’t overcooked, or update the photos on the app so it’s not misleading. This is about the third time we have had an issue ordering from this Dominoes. Do not recommend ordering from here.

We've tried really hard to like this place. We moved to New Brighton from Sydenham and because the Cashmere Domino's has always been above and beyond, we held out hope the NB store would at least meet expectations.nnThis means we've place several orders 7ish?. About 2 were delivered exactly as we ordered.nnOn a couple of orders we were missing items, on others items were poorly wrapped or damaged, on one the order had to have been intentionally made incorrectly asked for no tomato, add olives - got extra tomato and zero olives. The delivery driver has been lost looking for our house a couple of times even though it's literally the same driver and he's delivered here before.nnWe complained on one occasion but it was clear from the response condolences/apology from head office and a voucher for one pizza that complaints are unlikely to affect the actual service of this branch especially as we tried to give them a go again after this complaint and we ended up with a missing item and a damaged one.nnAll in all - we give up. Don't worry Domino's, we know you have good branches! Just not this one.

I ordered a large pizza with cheese and double lots of bacon. It cost me $6.50 for the double bacon and it has less on the pizza than when I buy one lot. When I rang the store the guy told me that his manager says that is double bacon. When I asked to speak to the manager someone grabbed the phone and hung up. I will never use this pizza place every again.nEDIT: Firstly 131888 isn't a phone number and secondly I rang your store and was told they would do nothing and upon asking to speak to the manager someone grabbed the phone at your end and hung up on me. Why would I bother trying again?

The store stunk like really old cheese. The pizza I got was a joke. The store was absolutely filthy. The place needs to be visited by the inspectors!

Great branch, love out cheesey pizzas it is a brand store however each individual store is franchise owned so individual experiences may vary across store to store
