I ordered a large pizza with cheese and double lots of bacon. It cost me $6.50 for the double bacon and it has less on the pizza than when I buy one lot. When I rang the store the guy told me that his manager says that is double bacon. When I asked to speak to the manager someone grabbed the phone and hung up. I will never use this pizza place every again.nEDIT: Firstly 131888 isn't a phone number and secondly I rang your store and was told they would do nothing and upon asking to speak to the manager someone grabbed the phone at your end and hung up on me. Why would I bother trying again?
Really disappointed with my order tonight. I arrived home and opened it up to find my garlic bread was still frozen cold in the centre. Please do better next time
The store stunk like really old cheese. The pizza I got was a joke. The store was absolutely filthy. The place needs to be visited by the inspectors!
Don't order from them through doordash, it will get cancelled. I've tried ordering from them through doordash at least 20 times in the past 6 months and I've only ever gotten delivery once. Useless.
Not the best experience. 2nd time around have had a hassle with the store. Wouldn’t say the store staff. But the driver.nnDriver delivered the pizza at 7:59pm the actual delivery was meant to be 7:38pm but the driver had to make a delivery along the way, which is cool.nHowever, the first delivery seemed to take 20mins the tracker on their website said the driver was at the first delivery… after refreshing the pages a few times… it showed he was there at the first delivery.. didn’t pay no mind as I know website gets a bit glitchynThe driver got to my address, contact less delivery. As I requested it. - but the driver knocked on the door, didn’t wait for us to open the door and quickly left.nnOnce we opened the pizza boxes, the supreme pizza was a full pizza and the other two pizzas… weren’t. There were 4 other slices missing from the two pizzas. - quickly called the store, who advised that the pizzas left the store as full pizzas. The store person contacted the driver.. and the driver said, no I delivered full pizzas. - this is a liennI told the store person, no… he has just delivered the pizza and now I’m calling you. I said, we have received two pizzas that are missing four other slices. The driver turned up to the store and the store person asks the driver again… and the driver said.. no I delivered full pizzas. I said, no that is not true.nWhile the store staff gave us store credit that won’t use as we don’t really order pizza much.nnI ended up getting in contact with domino’s NZ who have since passed on the feedback to the local area manager and higher management. Sent pictures of the two pizzas and showed what possibly looks like someone has taken a bite out of the crust.nnI’m more annoyed at the fact that the driver has made us out to be liars when we are not lying.nAlso, because someone else has touched the pizza before it was delivered to us, this is a breach of domino’s contact less delivery due to the pandemic.nnHad to throw away the two pizzas that were missing four other slices. Due to bloody covid. & breach of their contact less delivery. - plus had to reheat the supreme pizza cause it was stone cold when it was delivered.nnNot cool. Don’t appreciate been made out to be liar either.
