Souvlaki Licious

We have been loyal customers for several years, often visiting 2-3 times per week.nnHowever, the quality of the food has been inconsistent. At times, the souvlakis are dry with barely any sauce, other times there’s hardly any lettuce, or it’s completely drenched in sauce. Occasionally, everything is just right, but the inconsistency has been frustratingnnWe tend to order chicken to avoid receiving dry chewy meat, however sometimes the chicken has been drynnI have not left a review before, but tonight felt like the right time. The tiny sprinkle of lettuce compared to the 2 other souvlaki’s we ordered in my order tonight prompted me to share my experience.nnplease see the attached image, please note I emptied my pita pocket onto the plate and the filling you see on the left is the entire contents of the souvlakinnService: sometimes it can be difficult to place a phone order due to language barriers, they do have an online ordering system, but this doesn’t give the option to select lettuce only so I haven’t ordered online

Have never been into the actuall store but this is my favourite souvlaki place on Uber eats. I always choose this place and I love their souvlakis good amount of meat, excellent flavour, good amount of veges and sauces. Great portions and very filling. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I’m afraid of what I’ve just co dined!nThe worst meal I’ve ever eaten from a takeaway shop.nWe just Uber ordered 2 souvlakis with fries,nI am bitterly disappointed!!nDry cold stale unsalted fries accompanied by a dry chewy meat substance covered in what I can only assume was 4 day old supermarket coleslaw. No chilli sauces just tomato sauce with chill powder unevenly dumped in.nI had 4 mouthfuls and gave up!nA complete waste of $70!!!!!nI’m not usually one to complain but I feel unwell and ultra angry at anyone receiving that excuse for food especially costing $70.nShane on you Souva-lucky if I don’t spew all night.

We ordered on Uber eats, and to say we were disappointed and hungry Was an understatement when you order a large chicken Sovalaki and it comes with half of the ingredients and no tomato or salads it's not a good start, and the size was off a small. Nothing good to say about the meat on chips .Will never buy again. Waste of money and left hungry

Great meal that I got for $20.50 See the photo.nI was needing a good meal and this was perfect. Vegetables were fresh, meal was well cooked and great tasting sauces. A small place but it is obvious they know how to cook. Nice flavored sauces also.nnCar parking is right outside if you are lucky. Otherwise just up the road. Be careful on Cranford Street because the cars come quickly through the intersection and both directions.
