We ordered a Chicken Pizza, but unfortunately we were served a Bacon Pizza instead. When we returned to inform your staff about the mistake and request a replacement, one of the employees responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. The issue was not resolved, and we ultimately had to return the pizza and leave without our correct order.nMistakes can happen, and we completely understand that. Bought the 10 chicken nibbles for 15 dollars and the chicken nibbles were the tiniest nibbles I've ever seen. The pizza also tasted bad, like rancid oil. Don't know how often you clean the tins you bake your pizzas in, but the pizza had a weird old taste. Overall, a disappointing meal and won't be going back.

Unfortunately after many great services provided by the Domino's staff, the service that was experienced tonight was rather disappointing. My partner had ordered and specifically mentioned to remove a topping and apparently had repeated himself to the staff member which was very frustrating because we had paid for a pizza expecting the topping mentioned removed. It was not removed and I had gone back to see if I could get my pizza exchanged which I was then told that my partner had not asked for the topping to be removed and that I would have to pay for another pizza if I wasn't satisfied with the pizza I received. It was a busy night there but still disappointed that I couldn't be satisfied and in order to be satisfied I would have to spend more money

Look it’s not as bad as all the reviews say. Keep in mind i ordered at lunchtime before the lunch rush, when people get busy mistakes happen.nnAll in all not bad, pizza dough felt like deep dish even tho it was classic. decent spread and amount of topping however. Cheese was still melted. not sure what else you can ask for :
