Yesterday I brought two large fries but only received one in my package.nToday I went back talk to the stuff that they are very friendly and gave me the large fries immediately.nThey are awesome and worth 5 starts.

The service is friendly and attentive, making you feel valued as a customer. It's a wonderful place to enjoy a delicious burger.

Second to third time trying here waiting 20 minutes for food, it was still wrong and cold, Either understaffed or under trained? Or both. Best to drive to either Belfast BK or Hornby BK.

Was missing a nugget in my meal! Suspected the worker had a pre work snack before handing the food and had the audacity to throw a spoon at me was VERY close to pressing charges unacceptable behaviour, yours sincerely David Eskander

Called in to our local Burger King today.nAs always the staff are excellent with top service. Our Burgers were cooked quickly and we're delicious. This is why we always call into the John's Road branch. Highly recommend.
