McDonald's Hornby

Gone downhill recently. Ordered 2 x $4.5 Snack deals, which consists of 2 x 3 piece nuggets, 2 x small fries, 2 x BBQ sauce.nAdditionally ordered 1 x L Deluxe Cheeseburger combo.nReceived the DCB combo, 2 x 3 piecenuggets, but only 1 x small fries, and No sauce at all.nnDrove back around, explained what was missing at both windows, and asked for the contents of the bag to be checked against what I ordered and paid for.nnGot the bag back, drove out and parked. Open it to see the DCB combo, 4 x small white bags which i assume to be 2 x fries:2 x nuggets and 2 x Sweet and sour sauces.nnHop out and go inside the store now, asking to swap the 2 x sweet and sour for the 2 x BBQ sauces I ordered. Manager apologised for my having to come inside to get the correct sauce, i said it's OK, go back to the car.nnNow I discover the contents of 3 x of the small white bags are 3 piece nuggets, and I still only have 1 x small fries.nnOne bite into the DCB and it has 4 x pickles in it. This is very inconsistent with what I receive at other McDonalds locations, as Deluxe CB has no pickles in its recipe.nThe fries we did receive are also cold and old, and I was the only car in the drive thru both times around.nnI just couldn't bring myself to go back into the store after failing to receive what I paid for the first AND second time I got my order from the 2nd drive thru window. LolnI dont feel comfortable coming back to this location in future, it has caused me a waste of time and money.

This McDonalds has the worst possible toy/book in the collection for a Happy meal.nI have never got any good toy ever from this store. Kinda feel rip off when other McDonald s have better toy in the collection.

The worst ever …. I can’t believe they even scam people . Total careless staff and absolute zero integrity. Burnet burgers that don’t match the order and terrible service. They do this more often over pick ups and delivery . Shame

Great food, no service. had to wait 22min, through the drive through. Pretty poor service. Only hire staff that can speak and understand english would help too.nUBER Eats, gets priority. Do not go here. GO STRIGHT TO ROLLESTON McDonald's, their store has a great franchise owner. Fantastic service.AVOID THE CURRENT OWNER OF HORNBY STORE. As at 2024. Management starts with the owner. How to take a good business and ruin it.

HORRIBLE. The workers are decently nice but absolutely useless nearly every time I’ve ever gone there they somehow forget the main parts of my meal?? At this point I might aswell drive the extra 10 minutes to get McDonalds from another location because its better than having to drive back multiple times because they couldn’t get my order right.
