McDonald's Hornby

Gone downhill recently. Ordered 2 x $4.5 Snack deals, which consists of 2 x 3 piece nuggets, 2 x small fries, 2 x BBQ sauce.nAdditionally ordered 1 x L Deluxe Cheeseburger combo.nReceived the DCB combo, 2 x 3 piecenuggets, but only 1 x small fries, and No sauce at all.nnDrove back around, explained what was missing at both windows, and asked for the contents of the bag to be checked against what I ordered and paid for.nnGot the bag back, drove out and parked. Open it to see the DCB combo, 4 x small white bags which i assume to be 2 x fries:2 x nuggets and 2 x Sweet and sour sauces.nnHop out and go inside the store now, asking to swap the 2 x sweet and sour for the 2 x BBQ sauces I ordered. Manager apologised for my having to come inside to get the correct sauce, i said it's OK, go back to the car.nnNow I discover the contents of 3 x of the small white bags are 3 piece nuggets, and I still only have 1 x small fries.nnOne bite into the DCB and it has 4 x pickles in it. This is very inconsistent with what I receive at other McDonalds locations, as Deluxe CB has no pickles in its recipe.nThe fries we did receive are also cold and old, and I was the only car in the drive thru both times around.nnI just couldn't bring myself to go back into the store after failing to receive what I paid for the first AND second time I got my order from the 2nd drive thru window. LolnI dont feel comfortable coming back to this location in future, it has caused me a waste of time and money.

Its always so paru here many staff but the cleanliness is just its the closest one to home But won't be giving it another chance food is cold even when you dine in with the exception of chicken nuggets the always seem fresh out the fryer

I asked for extra pickles turns out that is a new definition of no pickles cold chips no salt burgers soggy sloppy big Mac aka lettuce burger iced mocha takes like milk out of my fridge found big curly pubes in my burger this is the best maccas experience u can get also door dash stole my apple pies

Such bad service at McDonald's Hornby, we ordered through DoorDash. They missed our orders, which were 3 cheeseburger Happy Meals, so I had to go to the store, ask them how they missed the orders, and it seems like one of the supervisors doesn't like me, as the customers complained about the orders. She said it happens sometimes that we miss the orders, I mean, this is the second time they did it to us. That's not good enough McDonald's Hornby, you need to double-check every order, that is part of your job.

McDonald hornby is the worst fast food,it took half an hour for them to deliver my order and then fries were definitely sofgy and cold.
