Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel

Took hefty security which was not mentioned while booking. So felt kinda betrayed. Kitchen was v good. Had all basic amenities. Bed and furniture was clean and comfortable. Location was though opposite a cemetery. On 18th floor windows were made of full glass and could be opened fully. Absolutely scary for parents with small children. Had to stack suitcases in front on window. Congested parking and was also charged on top of room price. Gr8 Internet connection

I had a fantastic one-night stay at this apartment, thanks to CD at reception. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. CD's outstanding service and helpful recommendations truly enhanced my experience. Highly recommend!

According to the website this is 4 star accommodation, but it is definitely 3 stars. Decent budget accommodation but nothing stand-out. Overall it was clean and comfortable, and we had a nice view down toards the harbour. A downside was that the only heating was a small oil heater for our 2 bedroom apartment, and only one light duvet on each bed with no extra blankets. If you want to use their parking garage you need nerves of steel and preferably a small car - it's a VERY tight, dark space to get in and out of.

The rooms were great considering it's cheap! However the location is not very convenient. They only have stairs when you need to go down to the entrance of the hotel. It is very difficult if you have big luggages since you have to carry it all the way down. There is a car ramp however it's on the other side. Overall, the price is good for its value.

We were on the second floor and there were bright lights and at times loud conversations right outside the room - perhaps the cost of being central but could have been mitigated by a different curtain they provided a thin white blind. Unfortunately there weren't any available rooms on higher levels to switch to, but the night concierge did provide an extra set of sheets so the most sensory among us could sleep in the lounge.
