I had an amazing experience at Crowne Plaza Auckland, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the best status recognition I've ever received.nI especially loved the water bottle given to me! I use it every day now! Aarti provided unparalleled service, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Paris was also incredibly helpful and polite, further enhancing my experience.nnThe entire team consistently exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate their dedication. I am already looking forward to my next visit!nnPlease pass on my comments to the general manager so that Aarti and Paris, and the rest of the staff can be personally acknowledged by senior management for their exceptional service.nnI also had the pleasure of being served by Tasha in the Crowne Plaza Executive Lounge, and I cannot commend her enough. She is the most attentive waitress I've encountered, providing excellent service throughout my visit.nnTasha is not only kind and polite but also a delight to speak with. She consistently ensured that we were happy and well taken care of, going above and beyond in every interaction. We just reached home after spent best holidays in our life at crowne plaza Hotel. We make here new best friend Hardeep such a lovely guy he look after very well. 35 Minutes by walking from hotel is city centre Auckland we enjoyed cappuccino coffee there. Drinks and foods amazing in hotel. Surely we will come next year holidays here.

Our experience at the hotel was a mixed bag.nnThe positive aspects included the pleasant and professional demeanor of the front desk staff, the hotel’s central location, and the secure elevators, despite their unfortunate branding. The parking facility offered convenient and secure parking at a reasonable cost of $30NZD per night. The housekeeping service was exceptional, and the rooms provided excellent views and comfortable bedding. The proximity to Elliott Street provided ample dining options.nnHowever, there were several negative experiences. The concierge staff appeared to be overly self-assured, and the rooms were dated with outdated bathrooms. The shower and bathtub were particularly hazardous due to their slick surfaces and slippery exits. The 25th floor hallway emitted a musty odor, and the room’s air conditioning system appeared to be purely decorative, as it failed to effectively regulate the room temperature. Despite leaving a voicemail to the hotel manager to discuss a concern, I did not receive a response.nnIn conclusion, we would likely consider alternative accommodations for our next stay.

No complaints about the hotel. Staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. Rooms are great, bathrooms need some updating but super clean so they were fine. We're repeat visitors, and likely will return again.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Just a short leisurely walk to shops and ocean! The restaurant is great if you don't feel like walking, the food is delicious. Staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable except they should have bath mats and hand rails in their showers as they are very slippery. Otherwise a very pleasant stay twice at Crowne Plaza Auckland.
