Our stay at in Auckland was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience. The front desk team, in particular, were superior professionals—efficient, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set the tone for a memorable stay.nnThe property itself was impeccably maintained, with clean and well-appointed rooms that provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. Housekeeping was thorough and consistent, ensuring a pristine and inviting space each day.nnBreakfast was another highlight of our stay. Excellent hotel for its location and price range. For the US visitors - its totally different from a typical suburban Four Points in the US. Much better rooms and service. Location is good, pretty close/walking distance to downtown and other major attractions.nWe stayed in a 2bdrm suit on 20th floor. Highly recommend for two couples travelling together or a family with children. Much better choice than two separate rooms.

Nice hotel for the money and great location. My disappointment is because I ordered alcohol after a long flight and I was denied because we were told it was due to it being a “holiday” and I did not order food. There was nothing on the menu I could eat since I am gluten & lactose intolerant. To my surprise I overheard the manager of the hotel tell an employee it was “ok” for his friends to order alcohol with no food because they were with him. Be mindful of what you say and your behavior because it does not go unnoticed. My first impression of NZ but luckily the rest of our trip was wonderful.

We stayed here for several days and had a very nice stay. The manager at the front desk was very helpful to coordinate our suite night upgrade with our stay.nnThe one bedroom suite has a huge balcony to enjoy plus and washing machine and full kitchen! It was very helpful especially when we were in the process of moving.nnWe had breakfast included due to our status and was enjoyable. They have an omelette station and can make orders.nnThe location is great and easy access to the city. We parked in an underground parking garage that was about a 5 min walk.

recently stayed at the Four Points by Marriott in Auckland and had a pleasant experience overall.nnThe rooms were fairly spacious, clean, and equipped with some necessary amenities. The bed were particularly impressive, with crisp white bedsheets and comfortable pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep.nnHowever, the dining options were a bit underwhelming. The menu leaned more toward fast food rather than fine dining, which might not meet the expectations of those looking for a more upscale culinary experience.nnIf you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Auckland and aren’t too particular about fine dining, Four Points by Marriott is a solid choice.
