Four Points by Sheraton Auckland

My stay at the Four Points was amazing! Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and even given a free room upgrade due to my Marriot status. The woman at the front desk even gave me recommendations to check out Albert Park and the art gallery nearby. Both spots were super great to visit and were within walking distance to the hotel.nnThe room and bathroom were super clean, and I even had a view of the Sky Tower. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels were big and soft. I also appreciated how the outlets were placed above the nightstands, so you didn’t have to kneel down to try and charge your phone. The hotel also felt very secure, as you had to scan your key to go to your specific floor in the elevator. I felt extremely safe staying in this hotel alone.nnThe staff were super helpful too. I called down for extra towels, and they were delivered right away. In addition, on the second day of my stay, I was suffering from extreme motion sickness. The front desk delivered my Uber Eats order to my room, and they even offered to bring me water.nnThe location is great as well. It’s right near Queens Street and K Road, so there’s lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. This hotel has set the bar high, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at this wonderful hotel. We splurged, and rented the two bedroom penthouse, and we couldn’t have been any happier. The friendly staff allowed us to check in early after our early morning arrival from the US. The staff were just plainly outstanding during our two nights stay. Location is superb, close to everything in Auckland. Our views were breathtaking,nboth in the evening, and watching the sunrise in the morning. Highly highly recommend. Also, the Churchill bar is not to be missed!

I have stayed here a lot. Not amazing but you will be in a safe pair of hands. A bit away from the magic that makes Auckland but central to the total city. I suggest this is a business hotel over leisure but good all the same. The food is pretty pricy but the service is top end. That said there is an AMAZING gin bar with amazing views!!

This hotel is fantastic. We had one of the best times. Because of our Platinum status, the staff upgraded our room to the 19th floor with an incredible view of the city.The staff were awesome, always super attentive to everything and always with a smile. The breakfast had a great variety of foods and it was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the major attractions. Will definitely come back!

It's on a prime location with all tourist attractions and multiple restaurants. The check in and check out is very simple. The reception team is very supportive. I stayed here only for one night. Hence I did not use all the other facilities. The Auckland tower view from the room is amazing.
