Great experience & stay for our family. Juri who checked us in provided excellent service. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The entire staff service & kitchen work hard to maintain fresh food & provided everything guests needed. Elite members are well recognized at this hotel. Thank you again!

We stay at Marriott’s all the time, and this is likely the best service we received out of any we’ve stayed at. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. The rooms are also impeccable, and very well priced considering Auckland CBD prices. 10/10!

The service was top tier from start to finish, i would definitely return!! The room was amazing, always clean by room service whenever my partner and I returned, food and drinks were lovely, and my vehicle was taken very good care of. At a reasonable price I would recommend this hotel to family, friends and couples!

Stayed three nights here. Room was spotless and bed comfortable. Great shower, and the air conditioning worked well. Queens Head in the lobby was great for an easy dinner and couple of drinks on the terrace.nnI used the Wilson parking at 450 Queen St which was $79 for 7 days.nnWould definitely stay again!
