Four Points by Sheraton Auckland

This was an excellent place to stay while we vacationed in Auckland. Ciaran was particularly helpful and accommodating for us while we were here. The staff was excellent and the breakfast each morning was a great start to the day. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central place to stay in the city. Additionally, most of our tours were able to come right up to the entrance which made things very convenient.

Very good hotel in a good location. The experience upon arrival was very good because the staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and reasonably equipped. Sleeping was great, the beds are very good. A great hotel, especially for business trips. Only the breakfast in the bar could be improved.

The rooms are luxurious – spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed – with a bed so comfortable it guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The views over the city were stunning, and the amenities, from the well-equipped gym to the rooftop bar, made my stay feel special. A perfect blend of comfort, location, and genuine hospitality – I’ll definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at this hotel, located conveniently in the heart of the CBD, which made it easy to get around and access nearby shops, restaurants, and public transport. The location is definitely one of its strongest points.nnThe staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled politely.nnThe breakfast buffet was okay—there were some decent options, but I found the overall selection quite limited. It could be improved with a bit more variety.nnUnfortunately, the room left a lot to be desired. It wasn’t very clean, with stained coffee cups and a general lack of attention to detail. The room was also quite cold, and there was no option for heating or an additional heater, which made the stay uncomfortable at times.nnOverall, while the location and staff were great, the condition of the room really impacted my experience. With some improvements in cleanliness and amenities, this could be a much better place to stay.

This hotel robbed me of $200 of my deposit for breaking a cheap cup. It was absolutely disgusting.nThe towels were so dusty that after wiping them, they would clump together. It took twice as long to put on makeup.nEverything was great, but they were demanding a $705 deposit, which really pissed me off. I recommend this to anyone who wants to be robbed of their deposit. :-
