Cordis, Auckland

Great service and fabulous food. Our room in the Pinnacle Tower was top class and the bed was so comfortable. Make sure you experience their awesome restaurant, Eight. Experience the choice of 8 different kitchens all in one sitting. They also went out their way to make my daughters stay a memorable one as it was her birthday. The spa was also a great treat. Thanks everyone, you will see us again soon.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days during our holiday in Auckland. We loved the every bit of our stay. Great rooms. We experienced two room types during our stay and both were great, especially the one in pinnacle tower.nGreat central location in the city. Famous Queen street with lots of shop and eateries is only a short stroll away from the hotel. Also a great selection of food in breakfast buffet, our daughter loved the chocolate fountain. Great heated pool in the rooftop. Friendly staff and efficient room service. If you are looking for a family friendly clean hotel, Cordis is an excellent choice. Keep up the great work.

So far, It's the only hotel that I have been to in NZ or Auckland but I couldn't find anything that would be wrong with it. The rooms are superb, breakfasts with plenty of food to choose from, including live cooking and various exotic seafood that we don't really know in Europe. Evening food options were definitely too limited. Lovely customer service, concierges are very helpful. The direct neighborhood isn’t particularly beautiful but gives you relatively quick access to business in the city. Most likely will go there again in 2025

For a family vacation it’s a really great place to stay. Rooms were modern and the service was really good. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It’s fantastic for children, especially with the chocolate fountain. Pool was a great temperature, pool service would have been a bonus.

Great lobby and amazing spread of the breakfast. Their shuttle service to the quay is wonderful. That said they lost a star as the front desk treats you like a number and not a guest. For the price you pay, you would expect a bit better.
