Overall a great stay! The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Room was extremely comfortable especially after travelling for 24+ hours and close proximity to many places as well around the city. Only feedback is for the their teams to communicate better to each other as it did leave a sour taste for us on our first day there. However one of the best parts about the stay was Chaun spa. Both my wife and I had the best massage ever and the staff was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable there.
We had an amazing experience from stepping out of our vehicle to booking out the next day. Service was of the highest value. The food was great and the breakfast buffet have a lot of variety. Definitely comes highly recommended.
Awesome place to stay as always with on a girls weekend with our daughters to see Pink! Amazing service from the minute you walk in. Rooms are luxe and so comfortable. Ensure you allocate time for the rooftop pool and spa area. Breakfast was sensational - the buffet has a ridiculous amount of fresh and tasty options. We stayed while there was an international political VIP also staying and the staff and security made sure we still felt comfortable. Always recommend this place and will stay again.
Highly recommend! My best friend and I visited for a day to enjoy the Harmony and High Tea package and we’re already looking forward to doing it again. The massage experience was beautiful and relaxing, the staff were very friendly and polite and the coffee I ordered with the high tea was the best coffee I’ve ever had! We visited over Easter weekend and we were gifted a chocolate bunny which was such a nice touch
Staff were so welcoming and kind from the moment we walked in to the property. The hotel lobby is gorgeous when you walk in and it smells great. Our room in the pinnacle tower was beautiful and spacious. Really nice modern and classy decor. Very clean as well. The bed was so comfortable and AC was great. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has a huge selection to choose from.
