Very comfortable hotel in a good location with friendly and helpful staff. This hotel offers music in the lobby. We saw two different people playing the harp. They had a character dressed in costume. Free cotton candy made for you. Their restaurant Eight is five stars for everything they offer on their buffet. Everything is super fresh. I don’t normally like buffets but this one is superb. We ate breakfast and lunch there. I thoroughly enjoyed the heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately the steam room was closed for maintenance on the only day that I had to enjoy this so I couldn’t try it. Overall a very comfortable premium 5 star hotel. Thank you!

Friendly and very helpful staff specially Dipshika the guest relations if i got it right .Perfect location for exploring the city.nMy husband and I had a fantastic time celebrating our daughter 1st birthdays and thanks for the effort you guys put to make it extra special and we will definitely return!!

We’ve stayed at Cordis Auckland several times, and the experience has always been exceptional. The service is impeccable, with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are consistently tidy, clean, comfortable and the breakfast buffet offers an impressive variety.nnThe hotel is also well-located, making it easy to explore the city center. A highlight of our latest stay, which was my birthday celebration, was the thoughtful gesture of finding a lovely birthday dessert and a card waiting for us in the room. It truly made me feel special. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality!

Beautiful hotel! Comfortable stay. Thanks also to Chase Travel for the amazing perks added to our stay! Best part though was from the genuine kindness of Evan, our shuttle bus driver this morning who went above and beyond to ensure we got to our destination safely and then greeted us back at the hotel with his warm smile and calm and encouraging demeanor! He is a gem!!! Thank you so very much, Evan! Cordis Auckland is lucky to have employees like you!

Me and my wife stayed here the day we got married so we started our honey moon here on the 21st of September 2024, Unfortunately it was a horrible experience and we will not be back and are truly disappointed in the staff and service. We arrived at around 11pm after our massive day and were completely exhausted. We went up to reception and recieved our hotel key with no clear instructions about where our room was. Being confused we ended up going back down to reception for clearer instructions. Made our way to what we thought was our room and used our key which only works on your room walked in turned all the lights on and woke someone up in what we thought was our bed !!! The bloody reception gave us the wrong room and we walked in on someone. After that muck up we ended up getting our room at which point it was close to midnight. We were very hungry at this point because all our nerves were gone so decided to order room servicethat was a mistake $62 later and 50 min later our pizza and burger arrived. Pizza was sloppy wet with no flavour and burger was as dry as anything only thing that was nice was the fries! But hold on it gets worse. The next morning my wife went to use the blow dryer plugged it in did her business went to pull the cord out and the whole bloody wire box and wires came out of the wall !!! Those are live wires in a wet area. So incredibly unprofessional it's scary. We will not be back and we haven't even received a proper apology from anyone.
