Exceptional Stay.. Our Home Away from HomennWe recently returned to the Grand Millennium, which truly feels like our home away from home. Although officially rated as a 4-star hotel, it easily deserves 5 stars and more. Every aspect of our stay; from the service, spotless rooms, and parking convenience to the delicious breakfast and the superb Ember Restaurant, exceeds expectations. The buffet is world class most NZ buffet are minimal the Millenium buffet is huge.nnA special mention to Executive Guest Relations Officer Brigid and the entire team, who always welcome us like family. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality make every stay memorable.nnHighly recommend the Grand Millennium; a hotel that consistently goes above and beyond!

The lounge offered a great selection of food, drinks, and refreshments in a calm and elegant setting — a perfect way to unwind and enjoy some quiet time.nnOur room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. The hotel’s overall atmosphere exudes class and sophistication, and its central location makes it ideal for exploring Auckland.nnWe truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the high level of service throughout our stay. We are returning guests, a little treat for hubby and I. The room we were given unfortunately had no hot running water, called reception and I was advised that engineering staff were not on site but was immediately transferred to a room that had hot water. Easy and friendly staff and big clean rooms. The All backs game was happening tonight and the hotel was full and parking was a bit difficult, we had to move some old furniture to create a spot to park in, all very minor but overall we had a great stay and would recommend the Grand Millennium again. Excellent view of the sky tower.

My wife and I had our 1st time staying here and wow we are impressed! The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful! the service is impeccable to be honest. Fantastic comfortable room, the best coffee, lovely food! We Had a great stay , we will definitely be coming back to stay here whenever we come back to auckland.

Recently stayed for two nights in the junior suite for a second time. Had brilliant service right from the start considering they were extremely busy with conferences. Even leaving the attendance helped us with our park and reversing.nPool was perfect temperature. Sky city a short stroll. Highly recommend this to anyone.nWe will be back for sure when visiting Auckland
