We got a great deal for a junior suite room here in February. It included car parking which was important to us, free breakfast and access to the club lounge for canapés and drinks in the evening. Room was a little dated but very comfortable and gave us plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast selection downstairs was great, including a whole gluten free area. Nice pool with outdoor sun deck. Good location only 10 minutes walk from the Sky Tower and the theatre. Would definitely stay here again.
I was really impressed with my stay at this hotel. I spent 3 nights here for business, and the location is excellent—all the main landmarks are within walking distance.nnThe room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The gym, which is essential for me, was well-maintained and equipped with great facilities.nnMost of the staff were brilliant—kind and helpful. However, on my last night, I encountered a rude staff member when I enquired about my food after waiting for an hour. I was happy to wait; I just wanted to ensure that it hadn’t been forgotten. Unfortunately, their response felt uncalled for. While I understand that my question may not have been well-received, it was simply a respectful inquiry.nnThough I may be a bit harsh mentioning this, the experience overall had been fantastic until that point. Thankfully, one of the many wonderful staff members offered me a free glass of wine afterward, which was a nice touch! I would definitely return
We had a wonderful stay here this weekend. We live in Auckland but I wanted to treat my girls to a fun weekend in the city. We had the twin deluxe room with two queen beds. The room was so lovely with great views over the city.nThe pool gym and sauna absolutely fantastic too. We made great use of them.nOf particular note was the amazing service from all the friendly staff. We were made to feel very welcome. Very professional and friendly.nWould highly recommend.
I had a fantastic stay at Grand Millennium Auckland! The hotel offers spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.nnThe facilities, including the pool and gym, were excellent. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the overall service was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Auckland.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was incredibly spacious, giving me plenty of space to relax, and the bed was absolutely huge and extremely comfortable. It was the perfect setup for a great night’s sleep after a long day exploring the city.nnSpeaking of location, it couldn’t be better! The hotel is right in the middle of the city, making it super convenient to reach everything—shops, restaurants, and major attractions were all just a short walk away. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the central location makes moving around effortless.nnOne of the biggest highlights for me was the breakfast buffet. It was simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of food choices to cater to all tastes. From fresh pastries, eggs cooked to perfection, and a selection of cheeses to delicious hot dishes and fresh fruits, everything was top-notch. The fresh juices were a wonderful touch, adding a refreshing start to the day.
