The hotel was better than great, and the staff service and attention to detail were outstanding. Brigid and the team were attentive and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, traditional cooked items, porridge, and cereals, something for everyone. Parking was also convenient and hassle free. Overall, a very pleasant experience, will be back in the Spring.

The location was awesome knowing that the conference itself was in the Hotel and there was a supermarket not far with a whole lot of other restaurants and food outlets. The staff was more than welcoming and accommodating. Parking also was not on the steep side of costs and staying there meant you had a discount code.nWould recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the center of Auckland.

Nice hotel, albeit that the rooms are a bit dated.nGood size rooms, bathrooms have baths.nBeds are comfortable.nStaff are attentive and very helpful.nnRoom service is a bit basic, as are the in room supplies.nRoom service has a $6 charges, which is okay for a meal, but not so good if you need a coffee which comes in a takeaway cup.nnIndoor pool area is totally uninspiring.

I had a lovely 2 night unintentional stay the staff were very accommodating due to the situation. The rooms were very clean, tidy and and had no problems with changing rooms for my second night due to my mobility issues. The food was very nice though a bit expensive but understandable.

We got a great deal for a junior suite room here in February. It included car parking which was important to us, free breakfast and access to the club lounge for canapés and drinks in the evening. Room was a little dated but very comfortable and gave us plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast selection downstairs was great, including a whole gluten free area. Nice pool with outdoor sun deck. Good location only 10 minutes walk from the Sky Tower and the theatre. Would definitely stay here again.
