No valet parking and the parking lot next door is validated by the reception. Parking costs $40 overnight and that seemed a bit exorbitant to me. Very close to town. Rooms are nice, had a harbour facing view that was nice. Awkward placement of the toilet, but no real issues with the room. Not much in the rooms, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, coat hangers, small safe, closet. Small amount of tea and coffee. Fridge empty. Distillery toiletries in the bathroom. Comfy beds and TV was good enough - not much to watch on the channels, but able to Chromecast or screen mirror onto the screen. Breakfast was a bit bland but in general good, and very good options for breakfast. Breakfast rush brought a lot of uncleared tables and food needing to be topped up but very good regardless.

We had a lovely stay! The food at The Cut restaurant was fantastic and arrived super quickly. The steak was absolutely to die for. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Even though the hotel was busy hosting an event, the staff were incredibly attentive.

Good location in the city. Approximately 15 minutes walk to the ViaDuct and 5-10 minutes to Queen street.n2 minute walk if that to Sky City. You can catch a bus to/from the airport for $18 from there as well which is very handy.nRoom was tidy and spacious. Bed was a decent size. I had a nice view of the harbour bridge also.nThe bathrooms could probably use a bit of an upgrade though. Shower head looked a bit manky and the ventilation in the bathroom is incredibly poor. Aka no ventilation at all. The rest of my room started to fog up and there was condensation everywhere in the bathroom when shower was running.nBreakfast buffet was the same you’d get in any other hotel.nUnfortunately some of my medications went missing thrown? Not sure after the room was cleaned. I made the hotel aware but didn’t hear anything else after.nOverall, I would stay there again

The beds were at the upmost quality. They were so comfortable and I slept like I never had before every night. From the room service to the reception and to the kitchen, the service was outstanding. Being located in the city centre is also a major bonus. Definetely reccomend.

Arrived here after a 24 hour flight so pleased it was a good and easy hotel to use with a good breakfast buffet while we found our feet.nnBathroom very compact but cleverly organised so we forgave the trim dimensions. Bright and airy room with bags of space - and space for bags.
