Not recommend! I booked a parking ticket online, but then I read so many bad comments on google. So I cancelled it. In their website it shows they will charge $1 cancel fee. But it actually charged me $2 for cancel. And it doesn’t refund my money to my credit card, it give my a gift card under my account that means I still need to use the money under secure parking.
They charged me $56 for an hour. Tried telling me the prices are clearly stated at entrance but I didn’t see any pricing advertised other then from $3. They were also incredibly rude the entire time. Prices are disgusting considering most cars don’t even get an actual parking spot and they make you leave your keys there.
Absolute rip off and dishonest business promised to have 3 months and one month free but charged fo 4 months in a row now refusing to refund the last month even after one month of calling still no result. Stay a mile away from these people its very very bad and dishonest business
DONT PARK THERE. Scam rates. $83 for less than 8hrs. go next door to Wilson parking at WW max $45, Cathedral place $25. Not competitive, just an absolute Ripoff.
Absolutely inept and up there with most poorly managed carparks I've encountered. My week old car was hit and damaged - they did nothing and didn't care. Cars continually park in your allocated space - and despite numerous please for better signage - they do nothing. Now there's group of up to 10 homeless youth sleeping at the entrance of the park - sniffing what seems to be an endless supply of deodorant cans. Despite being notified multiple times of the significant health, safety and security issues - they again do nothing. Do yourself a favour and park elsewhere!
Parked in the car park on Monday evening, 22/11/21, after a school function at St John's Church approx. 5-7pm. Had to wait 1hr to get out of the car park. Parking pay machines not working and numerous families had to line up with only one exit. Card payment on exit also not working for numerous people which meant a further wait and line up. Small children exposed to carbon monoxide. Numerous families tried to telephone the help line and seek help when exiting but unfortunately the assistant was uncontactable, or was in a remote overseas location so could not provide any practical assistance. Very poor and will definitely avoid this car park in future. I telephone the nominated number upon exist to be told that someone would call me. I am still waiting for the call.
NO WONDER THIS CAR PARK WAS EMPTY. A sign at the entry clearly states this place automatically closes and locks up at 10pm, so I made allowances to return, pay and leave so I don't get locked in. The station at the exit does not have any pay wave facilities and would not read my brand new bank card when inserted. So I park again and go looking for the nearest pay station which is at the opposite end of the car park!! I follow the signs, walk up stairs to ground level only to find THERE IS NO PAY STATION!!!! not only that but the door you come out of at ground level doesn't have a handle on the outside and YOU CANT GO BACK INTO THE STAIRWELL. Had to run back to my car and then spent 10 minutes on hold to try and get someone to let me out. Absolutely pathetic. Lucky the doors didn't shut down because that's wrong too. I could have stayed out longer!!
Extremely expensive, parked the car for 5 hr $81. Took 15 minutes to find a non working pay station. If you book on line its about 1/2 the drive in fee. Anyway if that's the best deal they can offer you lost my custom. Not impressed.
The advertised rates are deliberately misleading. The Early Bird rates need to be booked online or VALIDATED. This is not advertised in a visible spot, nor is this information on the ticket. A $24 parking fee becomes $79 when you exit. I fell victim to this. The next day I booked online but left early due to Cyclone Oma. An additional $18 was charged to my debit card for leaving before 3pm. As if this inconvenienced anyone! Instead of a refund for $18 I was offered an $18 credit note. Like I'd be parking there again. What a rip-off, over $120 for two days parking.
Website had the wrong details stating monday-friday open 12pm. Closed earlier, got locked out then they demanded a massive callout fee, even after ut was pointed out the website was wrong. Won't be using secure again, can't trust them.
