Is this what you call a safe parking lot? Our car window was smashed today and belongings has been stolen. Is this the so-called secure parking? Imaging this is your car and today’s sense happened to you, what would you do? Also we pay monthly fee nearly $500 and this is how you maintain customer, just charging this much money but not pay any attention to any conditions or suspicious people? I feel really hopeless, helpless and disappointed. And I don’t even feel secure anymore. We are just common people who try to work hard for living, how could this happened? It’s really frustrating to see such thing happened in my life. Update We sent email as soon as we got reply from your team on Google reviews. But didn’t hear from any of your team members so far, it’s been 4 days already. Is any one still working in secure parking Brisbane???? Can anyone take this situation seriously? We’ve been parked here for 5 months and pay monthly fee for 5 months. Please take this situation seriously and take responsibility please! Update: Irresponsible team with perfunctory attitude, no one ever gave the phone call to check our situation and discuss the solutions. Is this some kind of joke? Update: After the negotiations, only $200 parking fee refunded, much appreciated secure parking : keep continue joking around the people, never and ever come back. This is the way how you lose your royal customers. THANK YOU FOR $200! GOOD JOB Update on 15th January: After one month we canceled the membership, this company still charge us $256.98 for no reason, after we sent the email ask why charged this much and still no one replied. What a joke? You offer the refund only for $200 and then charge $256.98 back? What kind people are you guys? Charging these much money without sending any email invoice and notice??? Is that call stealing money from customer??? Please treat this situation seriously!!!
Don’t normally like to leave bad reviews unless customer service cannot resolve the issue, however I can’t find contact details anywhere so here it is. Absolutely furious. Outside said $5 parking so headed in, arrived and stayed about 2.5 hours. Parking total came to $81!! Turns out the bottom of the sign with a massive $5 says arrival before 8am in such small writing you can’t read it from a car. Our mistake for not reading the sign correctly however $81 is absolutely insane!! Put an unexpected dent in our holiday budget and really ruined the end of a great day.
The prices are a disgrace. I was charged $170 for 16 hours overnight parking. There was no-one onsite and the printer was out of paper so no receipt. If you are staying next door at the Hilton, they offer $58 valet parking. Do not park here!!
No signage or guidance as to where the paystations are, so walked around for ages on the different levels and ended up going into the next fee level. Then the machines wouldn't take paywave and needed a physical card to insert seem to be the only service around that doesn't take paywave/payment by phone or apple watch etc. So, I walked back to the car on another level as there was no paystation on that level to come back and finally pay. I usually don't write negative reviews and choose to not say anything but this is definitely more of a money grab than wanting to provide a fair service for people wanting to shop in the city. Will pay for valet parking in a hotel or use Wilsons
The biggest rip-off. Prices are not displayed on the street and entry is up a steep ramp on Elizabeth St. There is no way of backing out again so once you see the exorbitant prices it's too late. You will be charged to even enter the carpark and go back out again. to do so will cost you $5. Pricing should be either displayed on the street before customers enter via the steep ramp OR there needs to be the option of driving in and straight out again once customers have seen the prices being charged. Reimond Calagui, your business is a disgrace.
The most expensive carpark I've ever seen!! Definitely to avoid!! $75 dollars for 2 hours entered before 8am on a weekday, never seen anything like this, so unacceptable! Customer services told me that if I stayed for 3 more hours I could pay half price $32 but I couldn't stay as I had to go to work. I had to pay to exit the carpark and I was told I would be contacted by the complaints department, a month later, never heard from them. Don't go there, it's a robbery!!
horrible! they were only accepting “credit card” very ridiculous. Many other places accept pay wave or at least debit cards. Would not recommend 0/10
I will give you some honest feedback. Stop robbing everybody. Never park in this car park. I was there for 1hr and 30mins. I got charged $65! What an absolute joke. This is robbery. As I said. Don't park here.
Excellent above ground parking, centrally located in Brisbane City & Queen Street Mall. Tesla Charging Bays .
What a joke. I suggest you avoid Booked online to make the quick trip I needed to do into the city seem less. No point booking online when the car park is completely overflowing. Cars parked everywhere including places that were not car spots. still allowing anyone to drive in. Such a poorly run car park. 40 mins later of doing laps and still no options, Told rudely by an employee to drive to the post office square car park. Complete disregard for people and their plans. Had 1 hour to get my errand done, ended up having to drive home. Would have been fine if this car park stuck to their word and accepted online booking AND had car spots available. Extremely disappointing
