Terrible rip off web site that does not make it possible to correct error. Can I change the date and time of my booking? Look at this quote: Yes, you can change your booking date and entry time, however you cannot change the duration of your booking or booking exit time. Changes to your booking must be made more than 60 minutes before the booking start time. You can change your date and entry time but not the exit time????? And you know what. Cannot even find anyway to change anything.

Absolutely a Joke. I used this service two times. The first time you book on line and the system book for totally a different time. The second time they closed my car inside at 10pm and I had to pay $125 to take it out! I wrote few email and no one replied. Absolutely the worst service ever!

Booking a spot online doesn't guarantee you a spot. Booked on Thursday for Saturday, got in on Saturday to be told they were overbooked and I had to leave my keys. Sorry - if I pre-pay for a spot there should be a spot waiting for me. Very disappointed.
