Handy to the Brisbane eye surgery venue in Spring Hill. Somewhat labyrinthine car park accessed from a narrow side street. Rates typical for off-street parking here.
Cheap earlybird parking. $13 close walk to centre centre what pay 4x the price when you can walk and keep up with your fitness as well.
Only 1 pay station. Pay station triple charged me despite the pay station saying the transactions didn't go through the first two times. No signage to indicate you can pay on exit as well. Poorly marked lanes there are 'No Parking' Zones in which cars continually park. The worst carpark I have ever used.
Worst parking experience ever. Was meant to get free parking with an appointment I attended. I validated my ticket but that didn't work at the boomgates. The boomgate wouldn't open even with payment and my husband and I had to pay 3 times in order to exit car park. Tried to call customer service. Instead of being transferred they gave me another number to call which I later realised was the exact same number!. When I finally got onto someone they said they would email me a form to fill out to seek a refund. Never received said email in my inbox or junk folder.
Normally I have used this parking location but the price keeps going up and up and even though I've booked an early bird space online I've almost not got a park at all as it's been full except for the reserved spaces which sit there unused. Recently I was lucky a car was leaving and then a couple days later I had to squeeze my car into the last remaining space between with a wall on one side and pillar on the other. There was not enough space for my vehicle me being 8 months pregnant to squeeze out of the drivers side so I had to climb in and out of the passenger side door which was quite challenging being so heavily pregnant. It's clear they're overbooking more spaces then there is available. I have also noticed when leaving in the evening after work people have parked in the 'No parking' spaces directly across from the the exit/entrance. I suppose this is what people have to do when they've paid for parking only for it to be full. The problem with people parking here is you can't approach the boom gates straight on and instead have to somehow manoeuvre your vehicle on a 90 degree angle in a very small space and it's impossible to get your car close enough to the pin panel. Hopefully they fix this problem of overbooking. If it's booked out I'd rather know ahead so I can find an alternative location
Had an amazing experience here recently getting stoned in the back of a friend's car. The parking lot provided a safe and well lit atsmophere, a safe container for our time of connection.
First they get you to sign up at a discounted monthly fee. Then they keep increasing the fees. This company doesn’t appear to have a good system in place, their employees don’t talk to each other and make their customers run around, making calls, wasting time and getting all worked up because of their mistakes and incompetence. When I got my access card, they programmed the card in reverse order causing me to not be able to enter my parking bay and I was late to work on my first day. How awesome is that? I called them and they said they would sort it out. The second day, I still could not enter my parking bay and I had to call their office with a few cars queuing behind my car. Another “awesome” day. They then promised to send their technician at 10 am and asked me to meet him at the parking 10 minutes walk from my office and the guy didn’t turn up. I called twice and they said their technician was busy. It sounded like I was not the only one who was busy on the second day at work! The technician finally turned up and resolved the issue. Then there was an idiot who constantly park on my parking bay even though the bay had my car plate number on it and the secured parking staff couldn’t do a thing about it even after two weeks??!! I got fed up and asked to be moved to another parking bay. When I terminated my monthly parking subscriptions it took me more than 10 emails and more than 20 phone calls to finally get it terminated! The last phone call, the sales staff was upset that I kept calling and said he has done his part and it’s up to the main office to process it. Wow! I thought I was the only one who was upset as I was still getting invoiced! I was told to contact the finance guy who never picked up his phone and never answered my emails. I had my monthly payment on auto debit. Bad move. They could keep collecting payment. I went to my bank who advised me to terminate my debit card. I lost count of the number emails I fired at the head office and one phone call finally got me to someone who was at least helpful and in the position to reverse the invoice. Even after returning the access card, I didn’t receive my one month deposit payment back. I was at the verge of giving up on getting it back. It took them 1.5 months to return my deposit. This is a really horrible company with poor systems and poor inter department communication. There are one or two helpful staff but overall, my experience hasn’t given me the impression that these are responsible people in the company. What is the CEO doing about this? I will never ever use secured parking nor recommend it. If anyone has no choice, make sure u don’t use auto debit for your monthly fees payment or you will surely regret it.
Wouldn’t really call this secure parking. Looked very easy to enter/exit where the cars are. Entrance on a different street than what’s in the name. Entrances using the elevators where locked even with code.
Bike got stolen here. A mates car also got broken into recently... Don't expect it to be secure.
No vehicular entry to car park from Little Edward Street. Entry and exit driveways are in Hope Street.
