Do not park here unless desperate. A neon sign outside the park advertises “Weekend Parking $10”. Yet, I arrived 3:31pm on Saturday. Leaving Sunday at 11:14am. Not even 24 hours. Yet they are charging $24 for me to exit the car park. Is a con. I will reporting and making a complaint. How private hospital car parks can rip off vulnerable drivers like this is an outrage. They should receive fines for tricking drivers with false advertising in this manner. I took photos to back up this review if anyone requires this.
This would have to be the most disgraceful customer service at this car park. To the guy that answers the buzzer 'if you not like what you do, or speaking to customers. Find another job. Because you are a rude invididual. Today I paid $34 bucks as I had prepaid, but could not be bothered to speak with you, as what you have to say is rude, not helpful. I guess this is why this place rates 2.5
Easy location to get to, ticket machines are easy to use but must pay at a pay station before picking up the car. Only downside to this parking is the very tight parking spaces.
Extremely small parks, be sure to factor in car repairs for to your vehicle to the parking price. If you can get your car into the park doesn't mean you can open your door, don't even think about parking here if you have a baby!
Customer Service....... do they even know what that is? When you call to get help, they are so rude and condescending, make you feel like you are stupid. If it wasn't a necessity to park there I wouldn't.
Worst garage in Brisbane? So narrow you can barely park or get in and out of the car. Make it to the top without finding a spot and there's just a boom, no space to turn around - you and everyone behind have to reverse like a bunch of dominos. Total chaos and waste of time.
I use it when I attend Opera in the Reservoir just across the road, $10 parking on weekends you can't go wrong! Very handy!
The ticket machine is always broken and if you drive in before 6:30am it charges you for over 24hrs parking. And the problem hasn't been rectified...
Avoid at all costs, their ticketing machines and gate systems are a joke. What happened to good customer service?
Soooo expensive, very convenient that there are no other options for parking... MONOPOLY anybody? And before you say it - No, public transport was not an option
