It was my first time parking in Brisbane and the pin code was left in my car as I didn't know I would need it to get out later on. 10.30 pm I walked back to the car park and it was closed, I could not get to my car, I panicked and didn't know what to do. I then found the buzzer and the kind lady on the other end helped me escape. The car park was easy to find and easy to park in.
We parked here and went to the night noodle markets and on returning found the place locked up and when we contacted the help number the staff on the other end were very hostile.
I have previously booked twice for weekend parking. Cannot fault the price or location. The pin entry situation can be a bit nerve racking a times, as when I enter the numbers in entr, ithe numbers tend to trip and enter more digits then i want, exit is normally fine. I seriously don't how I got in. Please conduct a service on all the numbers please.
scam billboards far and wide advertise $5 parking, under 30 min., upon exit within this timeframe no receipt is printed so no record of the transaction will be yours. begin wasting unacceptable amounts of time.... now. you may telephone and politely be referred to a web form; said form neither exists nor can be easily rectified. there is no clear method to dispute the casual $5 park; if you sleuth through their form maze you can get something on record and receive and automated response. now, wait for some time, your pick. you'll hear nothing back. you'll have to phone again, and very politely they'll help you but their records will indicate your times are ouside the 30 min. window. very pleased to forward an escalation which WILL get an email response, and it will glibly state no dice pal we got your money cya/kthxbye. scam we'll see how the bank reversing the charge goes...

We used Secure-a-Spot to book 2 bays at Mary Street, Brisbane on Sunday 11/1. There was no problem getting in using the Pin. However, it took us 4 times to get out. We kept getting the message 'invalid pin'. Then my son second bay called us and said the had the same problem. He tried it at least 10 times and we were getting quite anxious. We had spent time together for his birthday and it was lovely but this experience at the end spoiled a beautiful day. I will not use this again if I am not sure I can get out of the car park! Bad!
No cash because of pandemic but doesn't have pay wave, spoke to Ella on the intercom who stuffed me around long enough to bump my ticket up a pay grade, worst experience of my life, and I buried my brother
Granted, parking structures probably aren't anyones favourite, but this one was a real bother. Tight spaces, awkward parking, poor visibility, and the biggest insult - the ticket payment machine wouldn't accept money, but when then forced to pay by card, they tack on 2.5% to process the payment! Absolutely outrageous and will go out of my way to avoid in the future.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The night operator was rude. But was a cute car park
Quick, efficient and easy to park. I highly recommend.
