Literally the worst parking garage in Australia! Parking lots are too small for medium to large sizes vehicles and some of the lots overlap others so be careful otherwise your car could be damaged. The signage is poor and the driveway is very narrow so be careful not to hit a pillar. Also, if part of the carpark is full, you need to do a u-turn and it causes a complete jam! Entrance was poorly signposted and part of the entrance closed so was very hard to find the entrance. This parking garage is purely after profit and has not considered design and functionality.
Decided to park here as the night rate is advertised at $5 , got back to my car after 2 hours to get charged $18. It is not made clear that to get the night rate you have to pre book and pay in advance. Beware and don't get scammed like me.
$69 for just under 3 hrs and no option of a tax invoice. Then to add insult to injury I tried to call for a tax receipt only to get a pre recorded message "the number you are calling is currently busy, try calling back again later".
I booked a parking ticket online, as it said it was only $5 for the night, instead of $14 if I pay there. The email said to just tap the card I used to pay at the entry and exit. When I tapped to exit, $18.22 got taken from my card for parking. NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL NEVER PARK THERE AGAIN
Very disappointed with the comunication parking was fine but they had listed wheelchair access but didnt inform me when making the book that the elevator was out so i had to get somone to help me carry my girlfreind down a set of star's in her wheelchair. I wont use them again
I have prebooked your parking with a promocode. I paid 10$ because I was having a lunch at Massimo restaurant. Why do you charge me 48$ at the exit??? Give me my money back!!!
Price is ridiculous expensive was only in parking just over the hour and having to pay $46.50 is obsurd!
Instructions for where to enter are completely unclear and the map is inaccurate. Signage of where to go within the Carpark is woefully unclear and people were gridlocked in dead ends. Pre pay didn’t work. Lost my 5$ and had to pay 15$. Worst parking experience ever. Do not recommend.
Booked through the app, plenty of spots to park, zero dramas and great lighting. Easy to get in and out.
Easy to book and easy to park right on the doorstep of the Kookaburra Queen which is great. $10 for 5 hours parking on a Friday night via the online app AWESOME. Just wish it was open from 5am and onwards especially when I have to be on board the boat before 6am
