Don't commit to monthly parking as they never pay back any money they owe you. They owe me over $1000 and have provided a credit note but simply don't pay. Go somewhere else.

Awful. That's the only word that comes to mind. Upon entering the mouth of the beast there's no turning back. Once you realize that almost every parking space is reserved for "regulars" (yes, even that triangle shaped one behind the air-con compressor), then it becomes a race to the bottom. Literally. Navigating down poorly lit ramps to the Early Bird™ area is basically akin to descending into the darkest pits of hell. Level 4 beckons, with grunting, sweaty minions in hi-vis, glaring and pointing accusingly at every level along the way. Eventually you're part-whistled, part-mimed and part-interpretive-danced into the tightest and most miserable spaces I've ever seen and it's only after 10 minutes of performing an immaculate 12-point reverse park, that you realize the wall of 1993 Mercedes sedans 3mm from your car means you now can't open your doors. When you finally manage to climb over the back seat and squeeze out of the boot (feet first is my recommendation), you then get to experience the delight that is the Hagrid cosplayer, or as he likes to be known, "The Keeper of the Keys". "Handyerkeysover", he grunts, pointing to "The Table", and obviously having reached the pinnacle of his career thrusts a grubby ticket into your hand and wanders off mumbling something about mushrooms and his footy team. "How much do I have to pay to experience this delightful horror-show?" I hear you asking. Well, that's the best part. When we came back to the fume-filled, dank basement after our meetings we fed the machine our ticket, expecting a somewhat extravagant cost for the 2 1/2 hours we were parked. I mean, they are running a business right? $78. That's right. $78 to literally take up the space of a Suzuki Swift for 2 1/2 hours in the 4th level of Hell. Not only would I not recommend this place, but I would actively encourage avoiding it. Unless you've got a Hagrid fetish. Then go nuts.

Good location but car parks small and difficult to work out which parks were available as many had number plates and tow away signs. Many cars were the same as us-confused and frustrated about lack of clarity re parking. We were parking after hours-Saturday evening.

Booked a car park the day before never having been. The staff were helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Straight forward and simple once I figured out the system.

Secured parking, just expect to pay. I paid $51 for just over an hour of parking during the day.
