Oh my gosh!!!! Insanely expensive! $38 for an hour and a half! The company is taking advantage of people in poor health who are unable to walk very far but need to see the nearby specialists Don't be robbed like I was. It is cheaper to park at St Andrew's Hospital car park.
Not happy. They are cheating people out money. I had a look at my watch and arived at 10:16 and left 10:34 18min on there ticken it said entry 10:15 and exit 10:35 20min that should have been $5 anyways. And nou I was charged for $22.51. Complete scam.
You have to go down several levels before you get to actual public parking. Do not think there's aircon down there...Ridiculously expensive!!!
Beware, for the early bird special you are fined if you leave before 2pm. Be careful how you manage your meetings
I wish I give them 0 stars for all time. They are literally robbing people because of their Car park overprice. I arrived there around 12 and left by 1345 and they charge me for 3 hours full price of $22 and you don't have any option. Seriously business like this are robbing and looting common public because they know they can do it. Very disappointed of business like this. Should start a petition against these businesses.

Super expensive. Parks are a good size for bigger cars.
I have parked here many times before and have always booked through Secure Parking. I have never had issues - they provide me with a code and it’s a simple process to get in and out of the car park. Shocked that people have had bad experiences so I would suggest booking through secure parking.
Only one Ticket machine for levels b3 and b4 that won't take cash or debit cards. No mobile service to call the number for assistance. Wasted 30 mins trying to pay to leave. Expensive parking rates too. Never using this carpark again. Avoid.
I pre-booked early bird for $20 they charged me $21.80 I left early in at 8:40 am left 10:30 am they then deducted another$11 from me for leaving Early. Bit disappointed to be honest. Then they replied and asked me to email them and I did : only to be ignored. Not very professional
