It’s a trap! They expect you to see and read all those sloppy signs while driving - while entering the carpark you often use - while there is no barrier to stop you at the entrance. Among us, there were at least 10 “parking breach notice”. They clearly found a way to make more profit and we can’t do anything about that! Aaaargh!!!
Looks like they just changed the entry conditions, without telling to the customers. You have to enter your number plate manually on entrance. But there is not enough, short and clear signs stating that. They wrote on the walls by a chalk things like "New Parking System". So we ended up with paying %$65 for half an hour parking, like tens of other people. We are talking with Fair Trading right now. Looks like it's a new and dirty way of making profit. Not happy at all! We will never use that car park and the shopping centre again.
Looked online to check rates as was getting my hair done - reasonable prices- went to pay $10 after parking for 2-3 hours - and couldn't get the machine to work- rung number and they said you have to pay before you park- this is not clearly signed and I received a $65 parking ticket 6 mins after entering the car park. There was a giant sign next to my car saying "2hrs free - private car park - rego detection device in use" but no where to pay BEFORE you park. Absolute entrapment- so annoyed - will NEVER park in Wilson parking again I DIDN’T PAY AND THEY WAVIED IT AFTER 2 MONTHS - I APPEALED BUT THEY DECLINED THE APPEAL - JUST DON’T PAY
Beware, this car park does not have clear signs - and the system is a bit confusing. Only use this carpark if you a have the Wilson parking app b are confident Wilson parking will sell your personal details c are prepared to pay a parking fine d know how long you will be using the carpark to the closest fifteen second lot e are willing to make a donation to the Wilson parking inspector f trust a dynamic UX, that has instructions printed and taped to the fence because they change too often for regular signage ;
Easy access, easy to find and right under the shops which is good.. glad it's free parking for two hours as well which makes me happy!

Free 2 hours parking with large space
Park at another mall and avoid Wilson parking at all costs. Not happy.
