Holy smokes!!!! What a terrible place to park…. Ridiculously expensive and dirty. Elevator was working but looked and smelt like a homeless person regularly urinated on the floor and walls. Could easily be used as a movie set on a horror film
I would give it 0 stars if I could. I signed up to pay for monthly parking. Some people vandalized the elevator and lit a fire in it, then a week later someone broke into my car and stole some things and smashed my passenger window. They need better security as I pay a lot of money to park my car in there. I was devastated when it happened and called the car park to let them know and ask if they have an cctv footage to see who smashed my car. They didn’t do anything. I emailed them after not hearing back from anyone and asked if maybe they can hold the payments for my monthly parking while I get my car fixed and not using the car and if they had any updates on the cctv and they never got back to me. They still emailed me with an invoice asking to pay though. This company needs better customer service and tighter security. I’m quickly trying to find a different car park nearby as this place is horrible.
Worst place to park. Do not park here. They charged us weekday rate on a weekend. There pay machine was broken with no assistance and No proper assistance on exit gate. Lifts are broken too. You are pretty much left to fend for yourself.
Great location for Felons but trying to pay to get out was a nightmare. Cash only at the machine that would not take cash and credit card at the exit that would not take a credit card! Phone to pay and then call attendant to set us free. What a joke. Sorry to the cars behind us. Don't worry, will never park there again.
Payment facility was out of order. Contact through intercom was very difficult as the operator could not be understood. For one due to the quality and secondly for poor command of the English language. I was then forced to do payment through a phone service which I wasn't even able to verify if it is legit. I had to provide my phone number through the intercom. Everyone around was able to listen. That's very dodgy practice. Not happy. Either open the boom gate or get the pay station fixed. And put a sign on to inform that it is actually broken. Also fix that dodgy intercom.
The hookah bar downstairs in the mall serve drinks and hookah til 11.30 on sundays …great vibe lovely people
I payed for 12hr weekend parking online, got charged $11 on the exit out. It is the tightest most horrible carpark I've been in. I scrapped my rear bumper on a random pole I could not turn in there. Extremely disappointed will not use any "secure parking" again Ruined my friend's wedding Do not park here
Expensive carpark with poor service. Pay machine at exit was broken and took an unacceptable amount of time to phone through. People behind us were furious about the hold up and it was an embarrassing experience. I would never park here again.
Probably the worst car park I have ever been to. Disgusting, unsafe no walkways and broken lift, and heinously expensive. Drove in and out straight away.
we pre booked our spot. Got there, there were no parking spots available and at least another 10 cars in the same situation so it was jammed with car trying to reverse and go out. As we have a small car we managed to squeeze in a corner not an actual car spot. It took a while to go out as the touch screen at the exit is not very responsive, you have to press really hard to get the numbers.
