I recently stayed at the Pullman Melbourne on the Park, and it was fantastic. The hotel is just a 20-minute walk from the city center, so it's convenient but still quiet.nnThe breakfast was incredible, with lots of tasty options. The gym and other facilities were also top-notch. The staff were friendly and really helpful, making my stay even better.nnMy room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was great.nnOverall, the location, service, and comfort made my stay at the Pullman Melbourne on the Park truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Melbourne.
I had booked 4 nights, only stayed 3 due to circumstances. Staff during that period I found very helpful and courteous at all times.nI particular Julie Hoh I think in the dining area was extremely courteous and helpful on a very busy night. My observations, due to my wife not being with me, was that the courtesy, respect and humour that she showed to guests whilst I was dining was exemplary. Clearly a very experienced and switched on. Staff member!!nRoom whilst small was pleasant and maintained in a cleanly manner. Cleaning was fine.
We had a wonderful stay! Check in was a breeze and very accommodating, including the parking process. The location was perfect, right near the tram so we could get in and out of the cbd with no issues. The room was modern and clean. The buffet was well serviced and the staff were warm and welcoming. Melbourne weather made the pool too chilly for me but the kids had no issues with the weather and jumped straight in, plenty of towels and lounges to suit every need. We will stay again!
I couldn't fault our stay here. Upgraded room, quiet and found I wasn't disturbed by any external noises. Bed was comfy, bathroom was well appointed and water pressure perfect.nStaff were most helpful with each interaction. Having car parking on site is a great convenience. Good location for public transport. Would happily stay again.
Wow, have not been here since the Hilton days and the hotel is looking great. The room was large, well furnished and well lit. Parking is a bit tight for anything other than a small car. Breakfast buffet was very nice, the morning staff did a great job serving and satisfying so many people. Right at the top of the Melbourne sporting precinct
