It’s a 3 star hotel/motel. With limited services. It’s not bad by any means. The staffs are nice and friendly. My biggest criticism is that the room service seems inconsistent. One day I would get a refill on my coffee, but not the next. They also sometimes they will refill bathroom soaps, shampoos, sometimes they won’t.

Comfortable, nicely spacious, fresh and well appointed. Enjoyed mini bar (no alcohol) and inclusive 'box' breakfast: long - life milk, cereal, fruit, juice and bread for toaster. Short walk to licensed IGA supermarket. Friendly staff. Excellent value.

Well I tried ringing them on several occasions to ask questions. I was worried about $100 deposit and photo copy of my licence. Unfortunately the phone went to "leave a message", or no answer, and then on 3rd attempt they just hang up after it rang for about 3 mins. Great thats all i wanted to know. Thanks for the reviews guys. I took your advice, I moved on ..

Pros : Room was comfortable Good location Staff were great Cons : Terrible sound isolation - I was in room 45 (right next to lift) which made a huge racket every time it was used, like a washing machine being filled with water is my best description. Office only open from 8am till 8pm, so when I arrived at 11. 30 pm (after a long flight from another country) I couldn't check in. There is a good key card system outside the building where you put in the code and it gives you your room key, but no one had managed to contact me with this code information beforehand so I had to contact an emergency number which was posted on the door, getting into my room after midnight. Not sure this is really their fault as the room was booked through my company.

Disgusting. No hot water or internet. Lying and rude staff. AVOID. Better quality at a backpackers.
