Yesterday, I bought a MacBook from this branch, and it was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in Australia. The cashier had a very poor attitude, unwilling to help and quite dismissive. When I had an issue, there was no effort to assist at all.nnI decided to buy here because the sales staff were helpful, but the service at the cashier was extremely disappointing. Honestly, I should have gone to the Apple Store instead.
Awesome staff printed off my poster super quickly. Well worth a call as they can help you out much faster than the website. The website is also fantastic, but just doesn't have the flexibility or friendly that the staff have. Will shop here again!
They took $25 from me while I was printing documents. Around two years ago, I went there to print PDF documents from a USB. The staff member told me I had to pay $40 directly into the printer, even though my printing only cost about $15. When I questioned it, he told me that the remaining balance would be refunded to me within 3–5 days. At first, it seemed like he wanted to avoid dealing with the issue, but after I stayed and asked about it, he called a manager or another staff member. They also confirmed that the money would be returned within 3–5 days. I never received the refund. I paid $40, used only about $15 worth of printing, and lost the remaining $25. Based on my experience, I found the information I was given to be misleading and dishonest. I would recommend printing at Kmart they are better.
The guy named Ankit has the worst customer service attitude I have experienced.nnI went there to print some documents, but the documents were printed incorrectly, with part of the information zoomed in and cut off. I politely explained the issue, but he misunderstood and thought I was referring to trimming the document instead.nnAfter that, I asked him to reprint the documents in A3 and A5 sizes. During the process, he kept shaking his head and showing visible disappointment and frustration toward me as a customer. This made me feel very uncomfortable, especially since I spoke politely the entire time and paid for the service.nnIt is disappointing because customer service should involve helping customers professionally and respectfully. I have visited other branches before, and the staff were always willing to assist and support customers properly. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different due to his poor attitude and unprofessional behaviour.nnThis was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
Fantastic customer service from Annabelle last night. Very friendly and professional as she helped me decide on the right docking station. Gave me confidence to buy because of her smart tech knowledge. Very impressive from her, and the Comsol device worked really well for my needs. 10/10 Thanks Annabelle!
