Waited for customer service for 1 hour and 5 minutes today. The 5 people infront agonised. The man with breathing issues had to take a breather he was so stressed.nnNice to see the staff stand in groups of 3 and chat away and others wander looking for jobs whilst 2 people work slowly to deal with us. My partner and I had the best experience with Amber at Officeworks South Yarra! We are getting married this month and needed help printing and cutting all of our guest menus and name cards. Amber went above and beyond to ensure we received the best service and saved us hours of manually cutting up all our name tags! The quality of work was at such a high standard! We are so happy! Changing my review from 4 to a 1nnI had the most traumatic experience today. I went to get a printout of a travel photo in A4 size. The lady who helped me didn’t know what she was doing, but I was patient. Once I got home, I noticed the size was way off. I went back with an A4 sheet, asking to print it again I was being really polite, but the guy who helped me was rude and made me pay for the second one as well. He asked me to go to the self-service.nnI then went to the self-service counter to do it myself, but they didn’t have A4 paper. This time, I set up the photo myself and went to the counter to pay for it and get it done. They cornered me and made me wait on purpose for another 15 minutes. I just walked out crying.
Smallest store I have been to, but it is fully stocked of the majority of items. Parking out front.
