Absolutely the worst customer service. The cashier did what I asked for with bad customer service attitude then she did not pay attention to me but was talking to her friends behind the counter then shows me the pay pad to tap my card then she walks away not asking if I wanted my receipt which I did and I had to literally stop her and tell her I want my receipt and she still didn't acknowledge my support and gave the receipt to me and just walked away..almost not needing my support to the business. So pls the cashier staff definitely need customer service training. I can tell you I will spend my money at plenty of the other Officeworks that welcomes my support. This was my first time at this branch and it looks like they are not needing customers for business here.All good I have other options...
Today I went to print some posters. I started at self service, with an officeworks print card. I scanned it and it had almost $10. I asked for help from a staff member and he closed my session and I moved to the desk. I then bought 2 prints and some frames and other items totalling around $100, on my eftpos card. Realising needed to print another document, I went back to self serve. The self serve card I had then said it had $0.37 even though I hadnt used it in between. I asked the manager what could have happened to over $9 on my card and I was then treated like a liar and a thief and told that that would never happen, no offer of trying to replace the money that mysteriously vanished and accused of hiding a second card. After I just spent $100 that was seriously insulting. Get a grip officeworks, don't treat people like cheats, when you can't even show my history of use on a card.
Don’t bother printing photos there. It takes forever. Wifi never works. Need to email them to the desk then get a usb. Every machine is slow or doesn’t work. Eftpos on photo computers don’t work. Staff just stand around watching you struggle. Waste of time
Samsung charger played for over the ipad via webpage and click and collect selected. As charger I had specifically for the 1 year old ipad or tablet was not working. Email received with my personal details attached for order confirmation and also order number. However tablet finally had no charge. So went to click and collect with official licence and correct details.....except order number in email. As battery flat so no email access. However store clerk said that as I had no order number item could not be collected even with correct ID to look up order number. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, STILL NO CHARGER, BORROWING FRIENDS TO WRITE THIS REVEIW. A PAYED ITEM SHOULD BE GIVEN WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND NOT RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also now given 30 days after contacting office to bring in charged tablet to show order number. ALL I NEEDED WAS PURCCHASED CHARGER SO I COULD CHARGE AT CONVENIENCE.
Staff are unwilling to assist. They had the product I was looking for but didn’t have a display demo. I asked the girl if I can see it before I buy and she was reluctant to do that and said it just a brown box! I stressed that I want to actually buy it and want to see the product features on the box and she kept arguing and saying it’s the same as in the website. Girl just go and get it!! She did eventually but instead of bringing it to me she placed on the bench next to the register and told me from distance it’s over there! Girl at the register wasn’t excited about answering my questions either and then have the audacity to ask me for a donation! 2 stars only bcoz they had what I travelled to them for!
Worst possible place I’ve been to in Melbourne. The girl who was supposed to take photos pretended like the camera didn’t work just cause she didn’t want to work after 8:40. Didn’t know office works closes at 9pm but the staff shut off by 8:40pm? Make it clear on your website so we don’t waste our time.
Small outlet of office works located on the commercial road. All most every product is available for daily office works. The staff is nice and helpful . They have printing options also with 30 mins free parking on the site . The place looks well organised and clean . There is couple of machines where you can print your photos with very good price . The shop is surrounded my office and cafes.
Well stocked for a inner city office works! Not much parking so you have to get lucky
Had amazing service from a young lady named Sophie. She went above & beyond to assist me with the photo centre. Sophie was extremely helpful in getting photos I needed off my mum's ipad, onto a USB & printed. My mother had recently passed, and Sophie not only made a stressful situation much easier, she was also very kind. Keep up the Great Work Sophie.
Worst one I have been too. Everytime I go there I know there will be an issue as they can't help me with anything. For example they always tell me printing will take 24 hours and I get home and I get a text to say it's done. Surely you can have a look and make a judgment it's not going to be 24 hours. When I go to Bourke street they can always give me a rough time and check in with me. I even get asked if I need any help when in the store. I have only been to this store about 4 times but, I'm always avoid it. I think I have been too spoilt a Bourke street.
