Angus was very thorough and helpful, making sure to do research and confirm that the variant of HDMI cable I selected was compatible with the device I was purchasing it for. I'm really grateful for the extra effort that he put in!

Lots of friendly staff who helped me with my list of stuff. I was in and out in good time. Very good. They now offer click and collect which is also fantastic. They had everything I needed with everything in stock. Parking is mainly in the street which is usually ok.

Jaycar is very convenient for me and the staff are always friendly and quite knowledgeable when it comes to their stock. Last time I popped in for a fuse on Christmas Eve. In and out in 2 mins with my problem solved. Doesn't get much better than that.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled. I wanted to return a product for a refund. They have a 30 return policy. I was returning something only 33 days but the guy wouldn’t look past the 3 days…totally ridiculous!!! Never shop there again

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...... know there stuff and product good old school retail service
