AVOID this company!
We employed Craig from CCG3 to connect our telecommunications cable for our new 3 lot development.
He failed to respond to Telstra's emails asking for signed documents from us for 18 months, so that by the time he did submit them, Telstra started charging a 'contribution fee' which was $3,800 for us.
Craig has failed to return my calls when I have tried to discuss this matter with him - VCAT here we come!
