Stayed in an executive suite. Was very impressed. Very clean and well presented. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies and beautiful flowers.

We are loyal customers with Realm Hotel and their other properties. In particular we love the feeling you get when you check in to each hotel it's very classy. I prefer to stay in a room with a bath. The aircon doesn't ever get the room below 22° even though we have had it set on 19.5° due to the 33°+ days. I would suggest requesting a outward facing room. As the atrium echos every noise made from below or from other balconies. The outward facing rooms often look over to Parliament house and you can easily open all you blinds as no-one looks in on you. In saying this I will still be a loyal customer and look forward to returning soon.

Free movies, nice area. Also good restaurant downstairs. Quite big room. We always stay with this hotel group when visiting canberra

Great room and decor, and ok location, but their systems were appalling, and service in response to that was not good enough. We had our room payment authorisation deposit put through THREE TIMES by mistake, which meant $1200 being held from our card instead of $400. When we complained the lady in the front desk apologised, but no compensation of any kind was offered for what was a huge financial issue on a weekend away. Then two days later they charged us mistakenly for $17 worth of mini bar snacks when a) we had had none, and b) nobody had even asked us the standard checkout question to confirm whether we had. My wife then had to call up to recover it, and looks like they still haven’t fixed it. All in all I will certainly not be returning as they cannot seem to charge people what they should be (pretty basic criteria for a hotel!) and their response to the issues did not recognise the inconvenience, which was serious.

Stayed little national which is just opposite. We are here for BF (included). Food is amazing! Why you want to look for a cafe where here is fantastic one attaching to hotel?
