We had an amazing stay at Burbury Hotel in Canberra! We booked 7 nights and stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and modern. The layout was excellent, with plenty of room to relax, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.nnEverything we needed was provided, making our extended stay feel easy and luxurious. The location is fantastic, close to major attractions and great dining options, which made getting around very convenient.nnA special highlight was joining as a VIP member—it added great value to our stay and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.nnThe staff were friendly, and always willing to help. Highly recommend Burbury Hotel, especially for longer stays. We’ll definitely be back!
Very comfortable rooms. Fluffy bed and good shower and lighting. The glass door to the bathroom would bother me if staying as a couple.nIt's central to where i needed to be, but there are not many restaurant or cafe options in the area. And no convenience stores near by.nService was fine, but they appear over worked.
Our stay at the Burberry Hotel was spot on. Moses looked after us and genuinely went above and beyond, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The location is great too, plenty of really nice restaurants just across the street, and the hotel amenities are well kept and comfortable. It’s one of those places you’d happily come back to, and we’re already talking about another Canberra trip just to stay there again. Definitely recommend, also the fact that parking was included as part of our room was a massive bonus, not something you see often. Massive props to all the staff members we interacted with as well, you’ve definitely set the standard high in terms of service, well done :
I stayed at this hotel innJanuary 2026 and my credit card was registered in their system, which made an unauthorised charge to my card. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted the hotel by telephone and email. I have been waiting for them to get back to me by telephone for a month and they haven't even had the decency to reply to my email!nnI do not recommend this hotel, and if I could, I would give it zero stars!nnThey do not respect their customers!
I was coming for an event and needed to check in an hour early. I called the hotel the day before the booking to inquire about the possibility of checking in early to get ready before the event. The receptionist was able to help organise it. Very accommodating and great service. I would definitely be booking another stay here in the future.
