Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with 5 people. Only one toilet and one bathroom. Apartment sleeps 7+ so imagine if it was full. All plates and bowls in cupboard were wet with a pool of water in each one.nThere is an overpowering smell of carpet powder/deodoriser throughout suggesting carpet should be replaced. We couldn't open windows because it was very cold and there were none! There are balcony doors - 2 of which are on the ground floor without adequate security. Balconies were very dirty. To use them you'd need a lot of water and heavy duty cleaning products. Access to all apartments is via a shared courtyard which unfortunately stinks quite repungantly maybe animal droppings?. We arrived in pitch black with no lights lit near our room. Walls felt like paper thin and all neighbour noises were heard throughout the night.nBeds were comfortable, tvs in each room, great location, secure parking, lovely customer service.nBooked 3 nights - left after 2 nights.
Good place to stay, little iffy. A chocolate bar was more than a milk carton.nNice bathrooms. The halls of the stairwells were very echoey. Lots of banging in car parks, turns out it was just people returning from dinners. Very close to lots of restaurants. It has a heated pool, fold out couch bed was a bit iffy. I recommend for people with a family of 4 of 5. I didn’t mind it
Disappointed, as the Pinnacle apartments were part of the DOMA group i was expecting more. I have stayed at the Burbury & Realm which were great. Bedrooms were small just enough space to fit a bed in. In room1, half the cupboard space taken up with a hot water tank, the other half hanging space & no draws. In bedroom no2, no cupboards or draws at all! Bedroom3 & 4 were a little better, but still very small. Hardly any hangers about 6 amongst 5 adults.nCompleted online reservation & details paid with my credit card the week before. Whilst driving I called reception on the night, to let them know i was arriving after 10.00pm. Was advised that I needed to complete an online form or else the security would not give me the rooms. had to stop into a petrol station to complete a link to formed & complete the same form that i registered with or else they would not give me the room i paid for???nThe apartment was functional, but Not very good value for money spent
Rooms are very heavily fragranced with an awful sickly sweet smell, it's overbearing. 3 days after leaving the smell is still all over my things.nnLocation is great and the rooms are large. Staff were friendly but it's not worth it with the fragrance.
We were very happy with our stay. Our 2br apartment was clean, quiet and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
