We stayed in a suite, good size rooms with balcony a bonus. Beds were comfortable, however there were tears in our bed linen. Our shower also had a bit of mold, and the air conditioning did not work effectively on the coldest setting with highest fan. Obviously this wouldn't be an issue in winter. Restaurants and bars nearby, good location.
Service was amazing, from start to finish every interaction we had we staff were pleasant. the facilities were great.nnA good size gym, swimming pool ,bars and restaurantsnnLocation was also pretty handy, a short drive to most sites we wanted to visit The Cleanliness of the Bathroom was a little disappointing, also a fan in the bathroom is a must- the Bathrooms have no FAN or a way of ventilation
Picture home away from home but BETTER. We stay here 3 to 4 times a year and the experience gets better and better. This weekend Annabel at reception went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special. Annabel has been amazing and helpful. This time we were here for business and the experience was just as great as when we holiday here. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Thank you for hosting us again team Realm.
Nice rooms, well appointed and comfortable bedding. Stayed here while visiting friends over the Xmas/NY period which might be a factor. Service needed work, housekeeping was behind schedule so we were not able to check in on time. The checkout service didn’t provide the exit ticket to come out of the carpark. The bar menu was below standard quality for that price.
We stayed here after our wedding for a couple of nights- the staff were very friendly and the rooms were generally very clean.nnhowever we complained twice about our toilet running / leaking on the floor. Both times didn’t get fixed - totally understandable if it’s not something they can fix quickly - however they didn’t communicate with us or offer us to switch rooms etc.nnThey also didn’t do the rose petals that we paid for very important to us as it was our wedding weekend until we asked them down at reception. Then we had to leave for a bit whilst they did it.
