I am a quadriplegic and have been training with Michael Roach from Hale gym.  Michael has helped me rehabilitate my injuries and now we are working on my strength.  If you're looking for a excellent trainer and coach you can't go past Michael Roach.  Whether it's rehabilitations, fitness, Nutrition or strength work Michael can deliver a program for you. I came to the day spa for the first time today, for a facial. It was recommended I try a hydrabrasion facial when booking, for the concerns I had for my skin. 
When I arrived, the lovely receptionist gave me a quick tour of the spa, before setting me up in the lounge to wait for my therapist for the day, Kim. 
After a very short wait Kim led me to the treatment room, and explained to me what was involved the hydrabrasion, as I had never had this type of facial before. 
I had a very relaxing treatment, and my skin feels amazing. I will definitely be back again.
